Great break down I can see how this works as a system but I feel like there is a huge part that is broken (leaky funnel). If you are creating content for the community that ends up on KZread anyway. Why would people join the community. Is that why the KZread channel has 100K+ subscribers but only 1K in the community? It seems like you’re getting loads of organic reach on KZread but they aren’t moving to the community due to not having anything to gain there. 🤔 Correct me if I’m wrong or missing something, seems like a missed opportunity.

Yeah man I’m around 72k subscribers away from having 100k right now! Communities are not just about content - they are mainly about access. By joining my community they get the chance to get closer to me my man!

I don’t think people would find someone organically on KZread and be excited to only get access if the person is not a celebrity or popular. They probably think “what’s in it for me” when considering to join the community and if there is not much there they fade away and the community dies over time.

But you're wrong in your assumption about people not wanting to join a community if you have a small audience - I have loads of clients with tiny audiences but they still convert 10% into a private community. So, please don't make that assumption. You don't need a 5th system either - the community IS your main lead magnet - that's why Skool is the best because you can now put courses and one-time purchase products IN a community.
