Like “who would be the bully?”….the nerd?… the jock?…. and so on….. or what school staff member they would be…. For my noise reduction plugin. The one that always helps me out while live streaming and vocal recording is the UA version of C-Suite C-Vox. It helps me take out room noise, fans, AC etc. You guys should DEFINITELY check that out and speak on it!

Bro I lost it when L Jean started talking bout the wrong type of clipping and Devvon was not being patient 😂😂 Also please get Farai The Producer as your first FL Studio guest! He's a smaller creator, but has super useful videos for people that mix and record in FL.

Pro Tools = Netflix. Abelton = Hulu. Logic = Disney. Studio One = Max. FL = Paramount. Cubase = Peacock.

The closest thing to what L.J. was mentioning regarding “adding” missing sounds/frequencies is RX’s Spectral plugins. The only restoration plugin I know that can generate missing frequencies in audio. I use it a lot for dialog edits.

With the Declipping statement do y’all record in 24bit or 32 float? My current interface doesn’t support 32bit and I wasn’t sure if that’s the clipping you’re taking about

I’m not for certain but as far as the recording things too loud that got distorted and fixing it later. I think that can be fixed if recorded in 32 bit Float.

IN LJ's DEFENSE!!! I also thought of a multi-band gate a while back and was wondering why it didn't exist... It would be cool and useful to have a simple way to gate specific frequencies without having to work through all the knobs of a compressor

Kinda crazy how they're talking about multi band gates being a great or dumb idea, when we actually have them. I forget the free one, but the smart gate from Sonible has a multi band function in it. Also, still waiting on Devvon to talk about Pro Tools' update with perpetual licenses.

The difference between the engineer and producer really starts to show when y’all tried discussing de-clipping 😂 LJ doesn’t have that problem because he uses FL which means he isn’t recording or viewing an accurate visual representation of the playlisted waveforms 😂
