Love what this is all about . We needed something for us . My only piece of advice would be to clarify specific things you’re discussing as some people may be interested in the content but not know what you’re talking about . With that being said , y’all are the future OG of audio nerd podcasts . I’m glad to just be a viewer but one day I’ll be up there with y’all chopping it up .
Yerrrr! What do y’all think about this episode?

Nani biddies I love this podcast Ive gotten so much better because of Devon and this podcast. I appreciate all your hardwork and everything you do for the young new mix engineers, songwriters and producers.
Rosetta Eq is like a Eq for dummies you can't go wrong with it. Truthfully it sounds cleaner and better than the competition!!! Keep it up AudioNerds. Don't stop the podcasts I love it. Respect

love this podcast. the energy, the unity, the info. AMAZING!!!
Hey yo someone tell these fools Frank Pole recreated the Oxford Inflator in FL Studio Patcher. It sounds identical and is less processor heavy, a must of you have FL Studio! All it is is a fancy soft clipper with EQ lol
Yeah that MV2 on Drum buss ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I added CLA Guitars before it with compressor and bass only in use
"I'm the loop that keeps us FRUITY"🤣
No one reads the manuals but in the Oxford Inflator one it has some good info about how to use and abuse it.
This is probably my favorite episode. Got me laughing, and learning a lot at the same time 🙏🏼
I have the UAD sphere LX and maaaann it changed the GAME for me!! I just graduated from SAE Atlanta and my clients love the sound from the microphone, the software is GODLY because I can MIX the TF 251 and the Sony c800 to create a different sound! You gotta check it out, UAD might even send it to you if you tell em you’ll review it‼️ love your podcast man really makes me feel seen!
I bought the channel strip also. Definitely want to get on the HMD Rosetta EQ one day 🙌🏽. Thank ya for these podcast. Definitely helping me out. Loved Ali video. Ya keep doing ya thing!!!
I’m glad y’all talked about Knock. At first I felt like I wouldn’t need it, but hearing y’all talking about it has me interested, especially since it can change the Sonics of the drums. I would love to win the Rosetta Eq from y’all, I’ve been trying to learn how to eq acoustic guitars, & I feel that would be a perfect plug-in to do so. Another dope episode y’all 🙏🏾
Your stuff is fire.. I just got back in to production. I came in 15 years ago give or take. Mac pro. Digi 003 You guys are the reason iam back!!!
Waited a whole week for this again!! Haha love it fellas 🤙
SSL Vocalstrip has one of my absolute favorite de-essers. That channel strip is dope. Also, mad respect for the Waves love here. I started in the game w/ Waves but pretty much live w/ UAD & GoodHertz. Nani Biddiez
THIS EPISODE MADE IT COME BACK ITS 91% OFF !!! ❗️🖤
Kinda crazy how I been watching audio nerds podcast since episode 1. You guys are always bringing 🔥🔥

Great Podcast Devvon, Y'all are keeping it real. Learnt most of my mixing tricks from you... Left mixing for a while due to some circumstances, but I'm back. Although it feels kinda rusty now, I'm definitely working my way up to where I used to be. Thank you for the HMD Rosetta VIP Gold Edition , I am already enjoying it by the name, even though I don't have it 😉 BTW, LJ Why is it sounding like Noni Berries?, maybe thats the name of the FL fruit yunno 😂
What's up fellas? Congrats on tbe podcast success, you guys are really stepping the game up as far as podcast producing on a relatable level for celebrating thriving artists and producers! 💯!!!! I been. Fan and always loved those classic ones where you would fix up live tracks on the fly! Supadope. Is that something yall might do on this podcast as well? If so, I got.a track I would love to get your feedback or ideas to improve. Much love keep up the good work guys!
Nani bitties! Yo! This whole producer lingo is it’s own language. We getting there. Appreciate the food for thought. Keep dropping knowledge! 🙏
I been rocking with VMR for years, its so good

Good looking out with that Fresh Air plugin...man it helps them harsh mixes especially vocals
My favorite compressor is the La-2a
Great episode as usual fam!!!!
I need the MHD Rosetta Please... Yall been Giving great recommendations on Plugins. Shout out From Malawi the warm heart of Africa
The neold u2a is the best 2a I've used. The custom opto is virtual mix rack is even better than the regular one. A secret one is korvpressor. Rvox is permanently at the end of my vocal chain.

Greetings and help me devvon... Good video... I have a question that is a bit out of context. When connecting a preamp to the Audient sound card, the gain of the Audient must be set to zero and control gain and out from the preamp??? Or should the gain of the Audient be in half and give less gain to the preamp??? Please explain to me, teacher, enlighten me... Thanks in advance, I hope you can help me. Blessings.
Naniii! My boy is not yet flexing the LIVE MSP at all! Big uppp! Watching the podcast since day 1
i love this podcast bc i am a producer/artist at heart. i love my art so much that i dont wanna give someone else the joy of mixing it, even if they do a better job. so now my goal is to get as good at mixing as i can and yall put me on to soo much game while being entertaining as well. like.. Nani bitties? lol

that’s a crazy first line to start 😂😂😂
I love you guys. peace to all you
Keep this podcast coming
Does homie have a tutorial on using the SSL Vocal Strip 2?
Side bar, any of you guys use plug-in alliance plugs? I recently have been using their bundle (post waves debacle) and I’m blown away. Everything you could need and the quality is wild. I’d say 70% of their plugs have a mix knob and a mono maker knob. Feels like actual producers put their time and effort into the plug ins. Just curious if any of you have used them before or have thoughts on PA? Edit: In hindsight I am realizing Devvon loves the hg black box so I know you’ve used em. Thoughts on the PA essentials (compressors, Eqs, etc.)?

What about Reason as a DAW? I've been using Reason for over 20 years. Its design is that of a studio with the SSL mixer.
I’m surprised Courtney didn’t mention the infamous OTT ableton preset (for non-ableton users Xfer records has a OTT plugin). That on an 808 with the amount at like 10-30 is amazing.
Is this the episode that they talked about s1 imager ?
Knocks is a MUST on the drum bus!
Where can we find the Orion plug-in?
Love this podcast
that Weaver impression😆😆
waves mv2 is one of the best of all time. and the oxford inflator is amazing
Devvon gets so scared when LJ gets to cooking up straight nonsense😂😂😂😂😂😂
You got to try out more slate stuff. Not only is some of it 🔥most all their plugins are super low on latency. I track with Slate VMR plugins on the way in and print them to track. I also will put VMR on playback. Their versions of ssl buss comp n fairchild are amazing and the Virtual tape plugin is second to non. Last but not least there is not a track I written in the last year that doesn't feature Ana 2 synth on that thing is a monster.
Cool podcast keep evolving 👍🏾
I need some advice from everyone, Waves or Slate digital?? Mostly for music production but some vocal recording will be done as well
is there a podcast specifically on drum bussing?
I think the FG stands for Fabrice Gabrielle. I think he handles the algo's for the plugins
dope podcast👏🏻🔥🔥🚀
Nani bitties is wild I wanna hear more thoughts on Logic on iPad 👀
This podcast single handedly took R2R mainstream 😂
Nani biddies. I love how the podcast always ends right after LJ comes out with something that makes you say Omg... 😆
Nani Bitties!!!!!!! ahah Love yall man keep doing this amazing show
YERRRRRRR THANKKs 4 THEE AUDIO THERAPY
Truth S/O to Decap. Almost a steal on Logic for iPad for such quality. Mobile music production having quality plugins 👀
KNOCK was def the plugin of the year when it came out and nothing has topped it since
Wait a min, Did LJ really just make it through an entire episode without making a single Behringer Gang joke?! Nani Biddies That’s crazy! 😂
Lewitt had the polar pattern technology first. My Lewitt LCT 640TS can change polar patterns after you record. That microphone has been out for a few years now.☺️
Nani Bittiesss "My compressor pink my limiter brown" LMAOO that got it.
Nani biddies!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
FG = Fabrice Gabriel who is the guy who develops the plugins for Slate
"if yall have been under a rock... love yall tho"😂
KEEP DROPPING THE GEMS! AND! Nani biddies!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The Oxford Inflator is on sale right now :) Plugin Boutique
I love how every episode ends with a flagrant foul from LJ, let that man cook 🧑🏿🍳 😂😂
That rosetta eq commercial got me curious tbh. Hopefully I have good luck and can win it lol
Nani Bitties, this podcast is by far the best for the culture. Comedy and Gems. Onwards and upwards guys. Salute from Dubai. @Theodoredanso
I AM BINGE WATCHING THIS WHOLEEEEEEEEE SHIT AND I DONT EVEN CARE HAHAHA!!!! funniest watch ever
nani biddies, love the pod ❤️
Regarding the FG 2A: the FG stands for Fabrice Gabriel, the OG plugin dev for Slate before he parted ways with slate.
Let’s Goooo!
I wanna have a free version of the f**kin rosetta EQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ

Uad has best 3a and different versions of 2a and 76 plus best emulation of the 660 imo, also the iconic neve compressors 😌
