Would that really be true? Even if some fans might not know the person or subject at first glance, they can fanboy/fangirl over something probably everyone would agree is a cool thing. Po is a FANBOY when it comes to martial arts. If he saw someone practicing and they had reached a heightened state, he'd probably be all over that not even knowing who they are, cause he is in awe of their skill, not their legend.

knowing Po, he would never forcefully take Ki from anybody like Kai did. he's a good dude. rather, I wonder if he would ever resort to extreme measures if the need arises. however, he does absorb Ki if others willingly give it to him (and knew how to do so). so, in theory his most powerful weapon (taking Ki) would never have been used against Iron Fist given the degree of fanboyism and excitement he displayed throughout all the fight - after all, it was just a spar.

Chi is a powerful energy that flows through all living things, and Po was able to harness it to give himself superhuman strength, speed, and agility. Iron Fist was also a skilled fighter, but he simply couldn't match Po's chi-enhanced power.

I enjoyed watching it overall, but season 1 was... rough. Had maybe 1 or 2 decent fight scenes and the plot was a mess at first. They improved a lot by the time season 2 came around though.

Honestly, this is a happy ending for both Danny gets to see his mom again, as well as battling even stronger warriors in the spirit realm Whilst Po got the pleasure of a fun fight Win win

I’m surprised at how well they did it. They voice acting was top notch, and the sprite animations didn’t feel off like a change in animation style sometimes does in this series.

Fun fact about the White Man; he ended up turned into a statue left at the bottom of the sea, was found by aliens millenia into the future, revived, and then put into a zoo/museum in a caveman outfit.

This is one of those rare occasions where a Death Battle starts with the opponents not being angry at each other. I don't think Po even cared if he lost, he was just happy to be there.

One of the most entertaining death battles i have seen in a minute, great job

I like how, even though Iron Fist has no clue what Po's trying to do with the pinky grab, he's smart enough to know that if the guy he's fighting is trying it, it's a good idea to not hang around and let the move happen.

While i did enjoy the talented voice work and surprisingly well written dialogue(considering that's like the last reason most people watch this) I do enjoy when they smack-talk a little like in Flash v. Sonic. I will say though, Goro v. Machamp was absolutely hilarious with a giant four-armed Bloodknight trying to trash talk a Pokemon.

Po might be one of the greatest characters ever conceptualized. A hero who you can't help but keep underestimating but is actually one of the most powerful characters in animation.

I just loved this fight. Had no idea who would win and still enjoyed every second of it.

I severely underestimated how powerful Po is.. Edit: the reply section is saltier than the pacific ocean don't open it.

It's the Marvel fanboys, man. Just let them complain about this. It's not gonna get any less toxic than it is now. And that short was horrible. It left everything else that happened after Po "died" from a cannon ball. Like, did he not watch what happened after that? Po found his inner peace and catched tons of cannonballs like it was nothing. And Po scales to the Black Tortise planetary feat. How is that weaker to a hydrogen bomb?

Yeah. I was kinda hoping this fight wouldn't have end in, well ... death. Iron Fist is one of my favorite Marvel characters from way back (when I was a kid)--but I knew he had no chance of winning against the spiritual monk Po.

@@ed_Skynight I'm pretty sure they are thinking he will return via that book of the Iron Fist, but. 1) Iron Fist got smashed to millions of ash particles (By how it looked). 2) He didn't have the book with him nor is it regular equipment. And 3) Po's dragon appeared to have eaten Iron Fist's dragon spirit, possibly removing Danny's powers.

Dude, the voice actor for Iron Fist was incredible.

the end breakdown really puts into perspective how broken Po is

With half the things Danny has seen, it makes sense he wouldn’t question Po being a panda.

15:03: In the first collide of between two warriors, whereas Po, who have his chi to turn into a dragon wave against is Iron Fist, who unleashed his spiritual power of Shou-Lao wave under his chi before he clashes Po in their glorious battles of the day. As Po funnily laughing in his chi dragon before he bites Iron Fist in his skeleton from as he turned the latter into a dumpling with nothing but ashes and he raised a yin-yang symbol.

Coming back after SpongeBob vs Aquaman, I genuinely never thought I would hate how close a character sounds to their of self.

it still impresses me how good they are at replicating the characters. the voice for po especially was perfect.

@Yol Riin Lask Half the chi powers he learned he got them by just seeing them used one time, and he was able to mimick something he had never seen before. Same with the fighting styles of later opponents he didn't even know existed. Goku isn't even the top teir powerhouse anymore compared to some characters. Kirby latent mangas easily beat any Goku form, as he absorbed Kano the universal genie. His imagination is quite literally reality, goku can't counter opponents like that, especially Kirby. Po is basically like a watered down version of Kirby that doesn't get powers by eating people anymore. Po can't even die, but he can kill Goku both in life and in the spirit realm, simply because of his chi works I the panda verse. If po can tank "the weight of the universe" directed st him in an assailable form from alk directions, thousands of times a second, like nothing happened, there is literally nothing Goku can do to him. DB didn't include Spirit Realm Warriors feats because it kinda gets insane and completely out of hand. Po can manipulate every celestial body in the universe at will, create black holes, launch quasars etc. Likely the reason that wasn't mentioned.

I like how friendly these two start before fighting to the death

And then P.O. proceeds to get beaten up by random bandits

That was a fun and comedic fight to watch, exactly what I expected from Po being in a Death battle

Can we talk about the fact that the Iron Fist is supposed to be trained to watch over Kun-Lun and train the next Iron Fist, but Danny does just about none of that and runs if for his own vendetta as soon as he gets these powers when he’s supposed to be a monk chosen specifically to protect?
