We show you via VRS data why Left foot braking is worth some much in performance over a lap versus traditional right foot techniques.     Hello, thanks for this great video, this was the best tutorial I could find on the whole of KZread for learning left for braking, brilliant. One question, I have petentiometer pedals at the moment, I have a new set of load cell pedals arriving in about a week, would you recommend starting to practise with the pedals I have now or should I wait for the load cell pedals? Could picking up bad habits be an issue? Thanx again for the great instructions

    Hi. That's great to hear it helped you out. I'd start practicing now with the potentiometer pedals. You are still building muscle memory and getting the foot uses to pushing down. In fact it will be easier to start with those. Keep us posted and good luck 👍😉

    Hey Gavin! If I might ask this late in the game, how does left foot braking apply to cars with an actual clutch like a Formula Vee, etc.?
