Too bad Apple didn’t update the XR to get night mode...i am sure it could easily be done... but they are probably greedy and want to force people into buying new iphones

Redskull there is a great app called Neuralcam which gives you night mode, works incredibly well. Worth checking git out. I use it on my iPhone 8+.

Redskull that’s definitely good and has a very good impression

I noticed based on your photos that the 11 looks more sharp. The XR will blur together tiny details but the 11 clarifies them. Also the video is significantly more stable than the X and the sound has less background noise

Yeah, the 11 makes the pictures more “Instagram ready”

I wish you would record a similar comparison between 8 plus and XR! XR is still kind of expensive for non-dollar countries, so... :(

Were both taken with auto hdr turned on? I think the color of the picture has changed since the iPhone 11 series. I like the colors of the cameras of the models before the 11 series. Because it looks natural. And I'm using the 13 mini now, and I don't like that the hdr function is automatically applied when I take a picture.

iPhone 11 certainly won it for me on nearly every test apart from the night video section. Great video. Thanks for doing a to job on these two phones.

Use Neuralcam Almost as good as night mode $2-3 Has a slight focusing problem, but easily worth the $3

i noticed thta video at night with iphone 11 are "blurry". the video quality removes the texture and details. several iphone users are relating this, including at apple support page, with no solution. is it a bug? some situations, image quality with iphone 11 lloks poor in detail in comparison with xr. apple makes mistake lauching the iphone 11 with this bug. apple think that users dont discober this... but video with iphone 11 has no good quality

@@RedskullPro i dont think so i think it is that the iPhone XR has no night mode because of the chip A 12 Bionic or A 13 Bionic the A 13 Bionic is faster and that the A 12 Bionic is not ready to do it yet...

So , I stay with my 2 months old Xr.. also the panoramic mode can easy replace ultra wide)

If you want to save some money and you don't care about night time pictures, the XR is pretty good

I used xs, then downgraded to xr. I font use the secondary lens as much, id rather have a better battery life. If i went with 11, i doubt id be using the wide angle lens too.

Kodukula Anirudh google doesn’t make their older phone use nightmode,most of the older pixel users got it from a apk download.the samsung nightmode only comes with the models from 2019 and flagships from 2018 so sadly my s8 from 3 years ago doesn’t have it.

Thank you for this pretty comparison! I think its better to choose XR than 11, because xr is most profitable (on secondary market it cost about 300-350$ in Russia and 11 cost 100$ more than xr)

Redskull I know but I use the moment app or Adobe Lightroom to take photos in RAW (very nice 👍🏾👌🏾, maybe you should try). I have an iPhone XR and in the right conditions / lots of light and RAW photography. The pictures are amazing. It definitely works on iPhone XR and 11. I think even iPhone 8

Thank you for the video. Looks like the mic on your iPhone 11 is not good, even worse than last year's one on some of the videos. Do you think your unit could be slightly damaged? maybe some settings to change? Maybe the noise cancelation is too strong and can be lowered a little? I don't know but this looks weird to me.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with the phone itself or the microphone, I just think the noise cancelling is too aggressive... it can be fixed thru a software update...but it may not happen
