I have 32 inch BENQ 4k Monitor and it's really comfortable to me while playing games and 27 inch is small.

@@matthewburno The 42“ C2 will be a fantastic choice especially when it gets discounted by the end of the year. Will definitely consider adding that despite already owning a 77“ OLED. It‘s just way too good and I never wanna go back to LCD personally.

between the 3 options of monitors cause ive been looking at asus tuf gaming VG28U and, lg ultragear 27GP50-B but this catches my eye cause i have a ps5 and hopefully when reviews get in, i can see about which ima get cause ive been using my old 1080p 60hz monitor 5ms so it'll be a major upgrade

Make a 32” version and I’ll put it on my Christmas list. 27” is just too small for me. I like to lean back in my office chair sometimes and I also find that 32” is more immersive due to the increased field of view even when I’m sitting close.

I was really hoping they were launching 1440p monitors, as that would hint towards a 1440p update on the PS5. The monitors are only in 4K or 1080p :(

M3 and M9 heres hoping that M5 or M7 will fill in those gaps, and it takes longer i hv my ps5 for 2 years now played it on my 65 inch tv before Samsung tu 8000, its a VA panel for the 1st year . Then brought it into my office, plugged it in to an Asus Vg27aqL1a, an IPS panel. Benefit of playing it on a table for me is that i cn sit comfortably in an ikea office chair. IPS is more colour accurate, looks better than va panel and at 27 inch , less than 1m distance away, still looks sharp. I zoom in on fifa's football in replays and see no difference. The xbox series X supports 1440p resolution. Benefit of 1440p versus 4k is that, the GPU can be tasked for other things rather than pushing pixels. better shadows, less pop up textures and maybe even ray tracing at 60 fps. GT7 has frame drops during replays if it involves lots of assets at different lighting conditions. And texture pop ups during races. Meaning thr console is pushed to its limits already. Ive had frame drops during FF7 remake boss battle too , just that one boss battle ( vs reno and rude - hard mode, too many things happening on screen ) It would be nice if the Inzone line releases a 2k display along with official support for 2k for ps5. Because anybody who wishes to plug in a gaming cpu to it as well doesn't hv to splurge on a 3080 and above to get best picture quality at 4k. PS5 pro would be a true 4k machine with no frame drops and ray tracing hopefully at 60fps

Well I was happily proven wrong since PS5 now supports 1440p, which means a 1440 model is inevitable.

Any info on VESA mounting?

This looks fantastic. It's just that, well, you can get a whole LG C1 at $799 on sale rn, which means for less money than the M9 you could get a 48-inch OLED with all the gaming features still in there.

@@xfatalxzero absolutely and it’s Dolby Vision (simply amazing tech if you watching Netflix etc and if you Have a XSX) you have also the Dolby Digital wich is amazing 🤩. These Sony Monitors don’t gives a lot for your bucks compare to LG C1.

@@xfatalxzero What clou said, but also because it's a TV, you can Airplay to it. So even if you're on PS5, you can still get your Dolby Vision content simply by streaming your media from your phone, which looks absolutely phenomenal.

Sony making monitors again!! Retun of the SDM? This is great to see. Hopefully the first of many. I still have my N-80 from 2001! I would love a monitor for all of playstation history, with an AV multi in for PS2 /PS1 RGB and Component, if i am correct some Japanese Wega TVs had that input.

Would be nice to know the release date's for regions. New Zealand specifically. I need to upgrade to this from my LG 4k 60hz for the PS5. This monitor definitely fits the bill, every other 4k monitor here is super pricey without having every feature this one has. Plus being built generally speaking for the PS5 AND PC. Can't quite wait, I'm sure it'll look good on my new PC too.

I would guess that these will be out in the fall (in the US) , but Sony can't even keep the ps5 in stock for more than a few minutes online, so maybe look elsewhere if you absolutely need to upgrade.

XBOX uses FreeSync, that's why it has more support for 2.0 The PS5 uses vanilla VRR

@@Shadowespeon17 PS5 can support freesync and adaptive sync too, Sony is locking it away from HDMI 2.0 monitors owners because PLAYSTATION is no longer "FOR THE PLAYER".

the two monitors they are making are 4k 144hz and a 1080 240hz so I doubt any 1440p soon

You present a 4k monitor in a Full HD promo, I don't get it, why not a 4k image quality promo of a 4k monitor....

And now an INZONE gaming Laptop to honor the Vaio

I love the looks of these new monitors, but how much of a difference can you see on a 27 inch screen compared to other cheaper 4k 32 gaming monitors? ngl I'm almost sold on the 1080p version if it wasn't so tiny, that's a steep price for only 1080 and too much for the 4k version.

The bug feature is FALD, which helps to spot enemies in shooting games. I've already noticed after picking up the 27" model a few days ago. The image is very crisp in 4k and the contrast is very good cause of FALD. I had an OLED TV, high end model, but prefer gaming on the Sony monitor

They dont make a lot of 4K 240hz monitors because not a lot of people have 2 grand to spend on a single monitor.

A 2K 144Hz M5 will be perfect for PS5
