Sounds like RBA increases rates =+ higher inflation...oh Crap now I need surrogate parenting centres because now my Mrs has to go to work to pay our extraordinarily high mortgage for our shoe box next to the town tip. Sounds like an awesome life........

Values of Commercial properties down 10-25%. Huge Superannuation losses. Residential homes aren’t invested by super because estate agents are four times cheaper than Superannuation managers. On a milliondollars super management =$10,000+ estate agents =$2,500 Super isn’t transparent .
this real estate is working for the vendor.he has no concern to buyers look at him
