I love how lately Frank has been laughing at his own jokes during the skit and just leaves it in the video. 🤣 It just really makes my day.

Just want you to know that on my nursing unit you are a big hit with us. We are mostly introverts. INFJ, ISTP, ISFJ and me the INFP. The one nurse who is an ESFJ is not an English speaking native so she mostly watches French videos. We love your work, you speak our language Frank.

As an introvert who just called the convenient store to cancel the interview today, I felt so bad that I made mistakes of the tense. You might think that an introvert won’t make phone call but breaking promises with stranger who I don’t even care makes me even more anxious.

The host is already the fear factor for the introverts.

Frank, Fear Factor Host: “You ordered a Peeper Pizza Pie…which isn’t a thing…” Sam: “I could have done it if I had just written it in my notes app first” omg I’m laughing out loud in a bathroom stall lol …these are awful challenges!!

Hilarious 😂 For me, the absolute worst challenge would be trying to find a place to sit in a cafeteria full of judgmental teenagers, or entering a crowded bus and having to ask a stranger if I can sit when them. I still have nightmares about high school lol

That was literally my first day of high school. First day of high school, orientation, me and an introverted friend of mine from junior high had to find a place to sit. Only one table had seats left at it. With two girls already sitting there. I about shit my pants! But… Try to get me to call someone to order food? Hell no! If I can’t order it on my phone or you won’t do it, we ain’t eating. That could be why I weigh 90lbs.

I hate the most when I have to ask if the seat is taken in bus. one time I was ignored but I sit anyway lol. maybe my voice wasn't audible bcos didn't see her wearing earphone 🥴

One thing is for sure. Frank never runs out of amazing ideas. God! Do I need to mention it again that this video blew my mind away? Words fall short for appreciation.

I understand MY perception is that there is basically NOTHING that's 2 much 4 them...n 4 me...if u look n my direction I recoil. I think there should b a law that we cannot engage with each other. I've been there, it's not easy when you don't want to be in an uncomfortable situation. However, I would've pushed my mates to work together even if they didn't want to. I mean, 50 thousand bucks, are you kidding me?

"Hey there, my name's table, may I sit at your Marcus?" *died laughing* 🤣 Somehow I could relate to this kind of mistake when I'm nervous.

My teacher a few years ago told us that when she was in trouble her mom would make her call and order pizza because she was so shy I felt really bad for her I guess it worked tho

Aww oh my gosh that must have been terrible for her! I get so nervous when calling up a restaurant to order for delivery!

The ordering pizza is so awkward and so relatable. Once I was ordering food at a diner with my family and I didn’t even get time to look at the menu because the waiters were in a hurry every order due to how many people they had to serve. So when it when it was my turn, not wanting to waste their time, I panicked and ordered the soup of the day, which was tomato soup. II hate tomato soup. After ordering I actually took a look at the menu and saw options of chicken and peanut butter and jelly. But before I could change my mind they were gone. So when the order came I politely drank as much as I could as not to waste their food. But I couldn’t make it passed a few sips and just ate my brother’s leftover chicken and fries.

Yeah I don't use the phone, I'll just use an app. I don't even answer phone calls from friends, family maybe, but for friends I'll ignore the phone then answer the text.

This video personifies all the fears I have as an introvert and infj. Most times I tend to wing it and act like I am extroverted when I am not completely sure of what I need to do and the tidal wave of nervousness gets the best of me. Thanks FJ for helping me see this 🥰

I totally make notes on paper before requesting an appointment with a doctor, calling my internet provider when service is down, etc. Otherwise the moment they ask for any explanation or ID number my mind feels like a deer caught in the headlights.

As an introvert, the sheer idea of answering the phone gives me goosebumps. So yes, I rather not eat anything than to order this fricking pizza 🥲

I'm laughing so hard, but at the same time breaking into a cold sweat. Those scenarios are absolutely terrifying!

The hosting one reminded me of the time my husband’s family decided to arrive like 5 hours early to Christmas dinner. 3 min video full of anxiety plus memory trigger. For the younger introverts: we never outgrow that 1st day of school. It just gets worse because you’re now a professional and an adult and still struggle to have lunch/dinner at conferences.

When you thought the "having to ask teens at a table if you can eat there" was bad but then you get hit with "a guest's husband has cornered you in the kitchen and you have to entertain him by yourself" I literally got anxiety!

The calling to order food thing is so accurate it hurts 😂

Eternal thanks to you, dear author🙏😌 29 years of my life I've been thinking that I was just a weirdo and something was wrong with me🤷🏼‍♀️ and then I found your channel and understood that all my behavior is normal, that there are other people like me, other introverts. The first challenge was so relatable to me, I was just cringing remembering my own recent phonecall. For work I had to call someone I didn't know and ask them to meet with me in person, something I don't even want to do but have to do! Ugh! I literally wrote out my message and rehearsed it a couple times. Then I chickened out anyway and didn't call until the next day! 😅

The phone thing is so relatable, I get adrenaline when my phone vibrates from a notification, and when I get a phone call my language aptitude just dials to 1.

If there's one thing I've learned from these videos is that what I thought was social anxiety and stage fright turns out it was just me being an introvert. Some of it does have to do with social anxiety though. I went back to school yesterday. My first class is NJROTC. We had to go up in front of the class and say Cadet [last name], NS level (how many years we were in for), and why we chose that subject. I was the first person without warning. I looked like I was dying up there. I doubled up this year for ROTC so I had to do it again today. It went so much better this time.

We just started College and got asked to introduce repeatedly on different teachers like.. why don't we just gather all teachers and introduce once? They mostly asked same questions anyway :

In my major basically everyone is an introvert. We all kind of awkwardly avoid eye contact for the first few weeks of the semester.

I only have one friend and whenever she throws a party, I just help in the kitchen an hour early and then leave an hour into the party. Like yes, as an introvert I can order during peak hours, ask strangers if I can sit next to them, and work in a group setting. I just always wish I was a weaker person so I can run back home alone and never go outside again.

I Just Can't Stop watching this

It would actually be a fun show if they did something like this with people they knew for sure had anxiety disorders and were introverts to help them get over their fears. Me, my best friend and my sister, all have anxietydisorders and are introverts so life has been an constant war inside our heads. We have lived our whole lives trying to face our fears all the time but my brain couldn't take it anymore 4 years ago, since then I have been burned out and longterm sick.. I'm 27 now. Doctors have told me that I will probably be sick for a few more years compared to when I first was diagnosed with burnout and they said for a whole year every month that I will feel better next month and be able to work again. NO, it just got worse and I have anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, burnout and a very very low immune system.. Living is exhausting for people with generalized anxiety disorder and other issues as well, especially when you have high expectations from those around you and don't get help because you aren't taken seriously. But finally I got help after I couldn't work anymore, now I take alot of medications everyday but I'm still on the waiting list to get therapy and 4 years have past... xD

This is sooooo accurate! I'm not as bad as the first chick, but phone calls are the worst!!!
