kissing is one thing. I haven't engaged in anything in a quite a long time, mostly by choice, so if the opportunity arose I don't think I would care that much about the type I probably prefer no words at all so I wouldn't even know their type, as far as marrying not a chance, pie in the face probably not, I mean why waste a perfectly good pie!

I am a 49 infp and would not want to marry an E-whatever anymore....especially the "i have to make my infp better by dragging her to social events"😂 type! I usually really get along with infj and especially intp-i love their wierd sense of humor and they also just get me-sometimes! Pie myself? Anytime, always👍🏻! I am an Infj and my grandma was an Intj (I made her take the test lol). We were very close, we would usually talk for hours. We had a lot in common but she was lead by her brain and I with my heart. This led to a lot of teasing of each other, learning from each other, and me often making her laugh and her calling me “silly”. It was rare that we didn’t get along but the few times it happened it was intense and difficult. She taught me a lot, was my rock, and I miss her so much now that she’s in heaven. ❤

I actually have a similar situation with my dad… he is an infj and I am an intj and we have this habit of talking over breakfast on days we sit together for (on days he doesn’t have to go into work and I don’t have to go to school that is) and we really have meaningful conversations about anything and everything with him speaking from the heart and me from the mind. It really puts into perspective where we lack and can learn from and also where we have a common understanding of the topic

ENTJ wanting to kiss, marry, and pie an INFP seems really accurate. I'm INFP, my last boyfriend was ENTJ (we think) and he would do all three of those things. I don't really know why, either. It was almost annoying how much he liked me sometimes. He never pied me in the face, but he was a bit cruel when playing board games. We fought over rent in Monopoly multiple times. :D We did break up, but I don't think it was a personality issue.

There is a book called "Once Upon a Broken Heart" by Stephanie Garber, the female protagonist of the book is infp and the protagonist is Entj, it is very sad and at the same time very romantic, I highly recommend it, it is very cute, but you might cry a bit. As an ISTP, I'm drawn to extroverted personalities to have fun with. They give me that adrenaline that I crave but I don't have as much energy as them so I often need to pull away once I start feeling drained. I'd agree, I need an extroverted partner to go out and do things with. From my experience it's really limited to a few days a week though, then stay home the rest of the week.

@karatthedog6740 it went well in the beginning but once we tried to settle down, the drama kinda started. First off my tendency to be mostly detached from my emotions and lack of actual planning. She was like asking me how I feel and I was like so confused. Then started trying to use MBTI and enneagram to figure it out and that went as well as you might expect. Eventually jealousy put the final dagger into the relationship

I think INFP would want to pie INTP because INTP would say these logical ideas without filter that totally wreck their world and ethical believes 😂

You know what's funny? I am an ISTP, and the type I am attracted to the most is ENFJ. It's because I am attracted to the type of woman who can encourage me to go out and live, extract my hidden emotions from me and help me organize my life. Also, the ability to deduce my thoughts without me having to express myself too much, since it's something I don't know how to do well outside of the internet. Theoretically, it's the perfect pair because it can help me with my problems and complete what's missing in me. Something like the couple from Pride and Prejudice (not saying these are their MBTI types) Now I have no idea what an ENFJ woman would find attractive in my personality, but I imagine she would find it a fun challenge to uncover my deepest secrets...

As an infp, if someone said "its so cute how you're disconnected from reality and all that" I have no idea how I would respond I would either be flattered or die of embarrassment

I'm just imagining a world where most everyone is having a healthy and balanced amount of kissing marrying and pie-ing, but the INTJ and INFJ are just off somewhere consumed in their pie war.

I'm either INFJ or INTJ not confirm but I definitely am one of them and I can 100%guarantee that I will not marry someone who is INFJ or INTJ because I know my mind and when someone tries to talk to me my first thought is "what's his purpose" and as an INXJ I can instantly recognize their purpose and I don't say anything to that person's face because then I'll be the bad guy for not responding hapily to someone's "kindness" rather I just give half assed responses and completely ignore that person. But it's not like I'm egoistic and don't want to change. I just understand better about myself than others and I already have a plan to improve myself and when someone else talks about it I somehow get mad.

My point is that INXJs are not often predictable with their intentions. What you are picking on are probably other types. And whenever someone forces me to open up about my feelings I get mad because to be honest I realize that I was feeling something hours after it had happened.

As an Isfp I would kiss or even marry an infp. They are super cute and kind their imagination attract me and make me see another view of life. I love them so much.

As an INTP, I have also had some of my closest relationships with INFPs, but I don't have a problem with sensing as long as the person isn't sensing and super uptight and organized.

That's really cool. As an INTP you were completely on point with the Pie choice. The kiss as well, it's extended to all the NT types tbh, but INTJ is definitely on top. However, I think I'd marry an ISTP. They are very similar to me, so I know they wouldn't pull stuff that I'd hate, but they are different enough to keep things interesting and bring new ideas to the table.

As an ISFJ, I completely agree. I just talked to a friend today about an ENTP man who I find attractive. I'm still attracted to "bad boys", too confident and a little arrogant. My parents are ESFJ (mom) & ENFJ (dad) and have been married 51 years. They both have had a ton of fun together. They bumped heads a lot but it’s because they’re both very strong leaders. I’m a INFJ and married a ISFP. We really had to put a lot of effort in making it work but so glad I did. We married young and that is partly why. After 29 years we couldn’t be happier. Our son is also an INFJ and he married an INTJ. I feel she is as close to perfect as they come. We get along so great. There is no BSing around with this girl. She stands her ground and love it! I believe with any personality type that you marry, there’s gonna be work that has to be done. I believe any type can make it if they want it enough. But I do totally agree, that certain types being matched together, there will be less problems.

I am an INTJ, married to an INFJ, and I now have to explain to my wife why I would not pie them. Thank you FJ.

The key thing here is that emotions are an infp's strength, so the entj is intrigued as to how the infp still succeeds by using their emotions to their advantage. Same as the infp is intrigued by the entj's minimal expression of emotion and use of logic as an advantage.

-ENFP: My ISTJ husband has "pied" me like this, true story: We were best friends for several years. I got fired from a job that I really needed because I was in a desperate situation. So I left the building and called him, sobbing. He told me to come to his place immediately. He's not the type to give orders - and I respond badly to orders, but in this situation it gave me a sort of grounding. I genuinely felt like an exploded powerline at the time. So I rushed to safety. I was still sobbing when I arrived, I sat on the floor of his bedroom and spilled my guts out spectacularly. It was a hurricane of chaotic emotions - basically a nightmare for an ISTJ. But he sat quietly next to me, his arm around my shoulders, and listened to everything patiently until I ran out of words. It took a while. And then he said... "Please stop crying, you're ruining my carpet." 🥧😳 I started laughing like a maniac and felt alleviated like never before. And that was the moment I knew I loved this man utterly and completely. It wasn't long before we did the "Kiss" and "Marry" thing too. And if you ask him when he started loving me, well... he could probably draw a timeline with benchmarks 📈😂

My sister is an ISFP and she said she wouldn't marry a INTJ (which is our mom's type) and she would never pie an ENFJ (which is my type). ISFPs and ENFJs have a strong potential to be best buds! 😁 Marriage material for an ISFP (my sister says) is either an ISTP or ESFP since they are in the Explorer range. As an Infp I think you're spot on there, I have pie'd another infp and also myself. The only other option would be to pie the entj but only if we're really comfortable with each other, which would just be for the reaction they provide afterwards which would be so funny, but then I would also almost instantly feel bad for doing it.

I’m an INTJ and my husband is an INFP. It’s an interesting dynamic but it works well. Luckily Ive figured out how to support him how he needs it and he knows that I need time to recharge and get time alone.

I think that's hilariously accurate for INFP, ESTP one. But i don't think it would be becuz of my stupidity in guise of naivety , but more becuz 😈 this is going to be fun..... and then get overwhelmed by them (that might vary actually) XD As per for marry one I am generally overwhelmed by extroverts, so I can't say for sure..... but i have been quite drawn to intj (like a child drawn to a chocolate) so it can be that their kin entj would also be intriguing. As per for pie...... in general sense i would like to pie anyone with Fe XD but may be i will pie an infp as well (in a funny sense ofc while for Fe.... its not going to be friendly or funny... at least for me) But personally speaking i dearly want to pie an istj or intj, * still would like to marry them tho*

Hmmm I (also INFJ) might want to kiss ESFP, (that Dom Se is attractive) and marry an ENFP (if we can find a balance). And agreed, I wouldn't want to pie anyone. Maybe an ENTP if they're being rude, but prefereably no one. And I wouldn't know what to do if I got pied. Knowing myself I would probably just pretend like it didn't bother me and walk around with pie on my face for the rest of the day. 😅

As an INFP, I'd be holding the pie, looking at all the people that annoy or have hurt me, frozen with indecision. Then, I'd look down at the pie, eventually curse myself for even considering the option of shoving a pie in someone's face when they didn't really even deserve it, and faceplant into the pie. Someone would find me laughing and crying hysterically, my face still in the pie. My first response to their questions would be, "This pie is delicious!"

That could also be a decision if our morals belief didn't get attacked yet. But if it does,I still won't pie them.I'll eat the pie and slam them with the container that's left behind.

Ha! I'm an INTJ that not only loves kissing ESFP, I married one which keeps things interesting. One of my closest life long female friends was (she passed away) an ENTJ and people would always ask why we never dated. Reason, we were always WAY too hyper competitive (in a friendly way) in every field and it would be draining on a daily bases. Final piece, my teenage son is an INFJ and hum, ja, some trust issues as he learns to use his extraverted feeling and tries to play mind games. Plus my ex is an INFJ and it was the head games that ruined everything so please pass the pie over.

It really made me feel surprised when you said that "An INFJ would want to marry an ESTJ" but I felt more surprised when you say "they'll be like 'I need to understand them so I will marry them'" cuz I didn't even think that a person can marry someone TO JUST UNDERSTAND AND SOLVE HIM/HER JUST LIKE A PUZZLE! (A little quote from an INFJ here)

@@mosbmonique I dont stop emotions, i just avoid dumping it on him especially if he’s not in the right mindset to handle it. I would usually find a healthier way to express the emotions, maybe drawing, watching something sad so i can cry it out. But so far the guy I’m dating doesn’t seem to soak up emotions, he is always willing to listen to me and comfort me when im having those emotions. I just allow him to have some me-time afterwards so maybe he can process everything and it wont overwhelm him

Agree! I am an INFJ happily married to my INTJ! We've known each other for 19 years, been together for 12 years and happily married for 6! We understand each other so well! It's amazing how many INFJ + INTJ married couples there are in the comments! 💕

Ok but you’re so right, I’m an infp and my mom is an Enfj and for years it drove me crazy how she would talk about feelings all the time but I never understood why bc I knew it shouldn’t be annoying. But now I’m recognizing what’s going on and trying to change and accept that talk about the feelings all the time even tho it’s hard 😬

Kiss: ENFP Marry: INTJ Pie: ENTP As an INFJ, i can confirm: the ENFP / INFJ match is a real thing. My husband is ENFP, and we have such easy, hilarious, loving, interesting, and deep conversations that are always 10/10. His insights are shocking, hilarious, and thought provoking. We are polar opposites and we have absolutely nothing in common, except our values, our curiosity, our imagination, and our willingness to learn and grow, so our conversations are always interesting. Also, he is so loving in such a shameless way, it is exactly what my soul needs. In terms of sheer enjoyment and laughter, i would say there is no greater match. I will say, we are both weak in handling the many practicalities of life, which are many. There's a lot if chaos and uncertainty, which tolerable, but very unpleasant as an INFJ. My brain categorizes things theoretically and makes plans (for example, how to optimize use of my kitchen, a perfect daily schedule for me and our kids, a system for meal prepping and shopping) but I am weak in implenentation of my ideas. For that reason, if this were a video game and I had to win by the end, i could definitely see a fulfilling, and satisfying lifelong relationship with the INTJ. Someone who could match my intuition, appreciate my insights, talk with me for hours, give me my space, grow with me, and win the game of life with me (buy a house, start many businesses, plan our lives, etc.). And i would easily pie ENTP. I love them to death. Just watching them be themselves is impressive, enlightening, and hilarious. And i could talk to them for hours. But they are SO persistent about instigating disharmony at every turn with a wink, and that is their most lovable albeit annoying trait. Also, theres something about a Fe / Fe interaction that gets a bit exhausting. Like ok we are both obviously being fake people pleasers right now, how do we get past this? I think i personally really need the authenticity and self-assuredness of Fi users to get to that point of really revealing my soul.

As an ENFJ, I will kiss INFP, marry INFP and pie myself. Let’s just have a good time
