    So pleased to be here. I missed David Webber's audio Seeing Clearly ever since it was removed from a popular streaming platform. The introduction before the introduction helped me chill out, and remember why I am here. Ur voice is appreciated.

    So Dr Schubinar says it’s important to move past pain and Feldenkrais says don’t push past pain. Which is it? I’m confused.

    Dear Elaine, I cannot speak to the philosophy of Dr Schubinar. I can however, say why it is important not to push through pain when doing a Feldenkrais Lesson. The Feldenkrais Method is a means of remapping your brain through sensing and feeling differences. If there is a strong sensation of pain, it is more difficult to sense and feel those differences. It may not be possible to avoid all pain, but it is important to avoid any INCREASE in pain when doing a lesson. Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

    @@FeldenkraisAccess That makes sense. Howard Scubinar is speaking to gradient exposure so the brain doesn’t get stuck in doing less and less. Feldenkrais speaks to another aspect of the process. Thanks for your response. I signed up for your Eye lessons on the website. I’m enjoying.
