Thank you for this wonderful video. I can feel the sincerity of Master Lin. I did have the privileged to meet him but conducted little talk because he is a very busy man. I am especially happy that you had asked the question of what he does to take care of himself...and it comes down to discipline yourself.

Hello Pang Vang, thank you for your reply. His love energy is vibration true his retreats and you can feel this energy in this video. So wonderfull that you had a chance to connect with him. Repeating makes art and that takes courage and discipline.

He's a true Grand Master, a very humble and kind man. He totally embodied what he's teaching and is very disciplined to practice diligently his daily movements and meditations helping so many people with healing and SFQ support. He love's tai-chi, calligraphy and also chocolate very much :) aha, me too. I have great respect for Master Chunyi Lin. I have met him several times during retreats always very kind :)
Just discovered this wonderful man. I am inspired to change my life!
