Thanks susan. Well detailed explanation . Yes for indians priority date is a big issue for indians.. one can only process a visa if they have a priority date by year 2012. Meaning processing of applications are 11yrs behind current date status So even any one pass nclex or processed papers u might need to wait 20 to 30 yrs. By the time ur life will over

@@jojoabrahamthomas735 yes for the current scenario not much. UNLESS u have a priority date before year 2012 to process ur application In FUTURE- who knows or who can predict it might change 10 to 15 years later if they really required nurses..

@anu. Nclex rn is test for fresh graduates in nursing. U can write it if u have gnm/bsc/msc. No msc is not equivalent or u dont get exemption ..

@@Ahilyawith2A u must have clinical expereince of 1 to 2 yrs .. in india u can teach freshers even u r bsc fresh graduate. But in developed nurses this is not allowed. Only a well expereienced nurse who has research /academic /clinical expereince aroumd 10 yrs can be a nursing tutor..in most developed countries

@@Ahilyawith2A see dear. If u want to be an RN u must have clinical experience of 1 or 2 yrs minimum . There is no doubt about it .. . Nclex test is fresh graduate level test to know how well ur fit at basic level of nursing .. There is 60%fail ratio among indian candidates when they take nclex test hence prepare and attempt if u wish. But as of now due to priority date issue u cant process US visa despite passing nclex rn . Hope it helps you

@@aleenamariabenny9100 Hi Aleena ,that discussion is coming up in the next part of the interview.Here in US years are not counted but credits .If you have taken certain papers which the nursing board finds equivalent to the paper here ,you dont have to repeat it & you get that credit .I will let Susan know or you may ask in her channel .
