Although my focus is on Malayalee audience, I will speak English as much as possible. In the future will also try including sub titles for all the videos.

I have done almost half of the procedure for cis but I am struck when it comes with the employer part. It is difficult to get an offer letter directly..

Mentioned that it is affliated to KUHS ( Kerala University of Health and science) and recognized by INC ( Indian Nursing council) & Kerala Nursing council. But I have not seen anything like National accredited program related something. So it that need to check with college ..please help

Hi Rekha, thank you for your kind words, the agency I know are currently only recruiting candidates with approved I 140 form. I will be uploading videos on NCLEX soon, so stay tuned.

Muruga, yes you would have to wait for the priority dates. Right now they are processing nurses with priority dates before 2008. So you can really imagine the wait time.

My doubt is whether we need to write the exam before expire CGFNS report issue date (one year validity) or will consider state board application submit date validity My Cgfns report issue January 2021 and state board applications submitted July 2021. No you don’t need it.

If you get a chance to come and work in the US it will be great. In the North East (NY, NJ, CT, MA) taxes are high BUT it will pay back handsomely when you retired. Your pension, SSI and medical benefits are excellent Your Kids education will be in good hands. For higher education (KIDS), most prestigious colleges are located nearby. Even your higher education most hospitals reimbursed your tuition. Besides you can do what ever you want NO QUESTIONS ASKED if you do it legally. Few years back the top overtime earner was a malu nurse ($235,000.00) from a Psychiatric Hospital in NY). Of course the Govt. will take their fair share. Don't worry if you make money they make money too and your Social Security account also growing along with it. Thanks.

Yes you can definitely endorse your license to the state of your choice. To get more information just check their Board of Nursing website of the state you are looking for and you will get information.
