I am such an autistic person that I truly used to confuse disgust with anger.

I once had a counselor that raised one side of her lip at me when she talked...contempt... I picked up on it first session and only went back to her one time to tell her what I thought of her
OMG! My manager gave me that 'disgust' expression the other day. So I resigned. Lol.
These are not micro expressions these are MEGA expressions!!
I’m trying to find examples of these in a realistic way instead of over exaggerating. Nothing so far

2012 Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney gave major shade showing anger for not winning. Not sure why Obama got involved and made a thing that she was “not impressed” saying that is what her facial expression meant. I saw it for exactly what it was, she was showing contempt. I became interested in micro expressions in 2009 watching the tv show Lie To Me. It helped in my career because I could see when someone wasn't being truthful with me.

Disgust look can go together with Contempt look and is not always expressed politely. Yeah these were all definitely - #boom in your face expressions and not micro-expressions at all.

You can't read a micro expression of a infj person typ, very rarely 😅😉
This lady is a good example of a person who has forced and unnatural body language.
Firstly a micro expression is almost impossible to spot in real life and secondly they are not always linked to emotion and thirdly that was not a real smile she showed it was staged so it can’t be real. All in all about as much use as a bike is for a goldfish.
