I m facing issue in WhatsApp integration.
Thank you! 1) can they call you on the whataspp and you to answer in 3cx? 1.1) can you record the phone calls from whatsapp which customers are making and you answer in 3cx, the phone recordings to store in on 3cx ? 2) if they pick up the number from whatsapp, they can phone you using their default phone app to call you on that number (which they took from whatsapp)? 2.1) how to do in 3cx, if they are calling on that mobile phone number (which they took from whatsapp) them to call and you to drive them through ivr from 3cx? Thank you!

no, it's only answering to Whatsapp messages within 24h of receiving them
