If your program is based on this presentation, this is complete and total bullshit. His science explanation was kindergarten silly and just made up. And I suspect that “Mabel“ was probably a shill. This is the most absurd demonstration of “Hipnosis” I’ve ever seen.

I loved the silly voice for insults thing. My mother could never pay a compliment without a but at the end. One of the most hurtful was ‘you sang very well but you looked awful in that dress.’ (This was in an opera where the costumes came from a company and I had no say in the matter.) I have never been able to shed the hurt of that, but maybe now I can.

According to the video, hypnosis can be used to change your life by changing your thoughts and beliefs. The speaker, Paul McKenna, talks about how our thoughts and beliefs can create our reality and how hypnosis can help us change our negative thoughts and beliefs into positive ones. He demonstrates this by helping a woman who is sad about her father's death to feel happy again. He also helps a woman who was told she was ugly and stupid to believe that she is beautiful and intelligent. The speaker also talks about the importance of feeling lucky. He says that when we feel lucky, we are more likely to attract good things into our lives. He does an exercise with the audience to help them feel lucky.

I took some ayurvedic meds like Medha vati , Medya rasayan ( all great herbs that enhance your system and non - addictive , they don’t depreciate your mind like allopathy) . Anxiety is a sympton of an/the issue. Medication will not solve that it may reduce the symptons which is what the anxiety response is. Better to eliminate the root cause in the mind which then goes on to eliminate the symptom which is the anxiety..

How long have you been suffering from anxiety Sandra? Definitely do the breathing! So helpful. But anxiety can be challenging once it gets a foothold in our nervous system. I say can be akin to taking out a prickly spine from your finger from a desert Cholla plant. Definitely not easy but definitely NOT impossible! And there are many tools if you can be consistent. It’s not forever and will pass. You’ll learn tools to prevent reoccurrences that you’ll have to always be vigilant about if you have a propensity towards anxiety. If you need to connect with someone who has walked down this path just let me know. You will get better. Be patient Sending lots of positive energy for your well-being and peace.

Not at all. Dispenza likes to talk and explain and in the end of his talks, people feel “smarter” but are still lest with the feeling that they have no idea how to tackle or solve their problem. I am very seasoned meditator so he doesn’t disturb me but I prefer silence to Dispenza meditation. People usually have no idea what he is saying in meditation and instead of relaxing spend time trying to descifré what he means. He uses a lot of Darren Brown type of things in his live seminars (or evangelist type of group hype) so many people experience some type of difference in live setting while people at home have no results at all and are left with feeling of “aim doing something wrong”. They are trying to intellectually grasp “how to” and Dispenza should know that understanding it won’t change anything unless it’s done, but he still spends 99% of the time explaining stuff behind it and 1% of the time actually doing something, often behind paywalls or in half assed meditations. He is extremely interesting but I have had to more or less “reprogram” clients who have struggled and gotten no help from Dispenza programs , often gotten even worse. Less woo woo and crap than Abraham Hicks but same useless talk that leaves people feeling like they understand it but still have no idea how to change anything. “Feel good and you will feel good”. Load of crap - I have had clients for over a decade and 99% of them have zero help from such bs (but sure is lucrative!). Paul McKenna is no bullshitter. He never charged a client, he even made his hypnosis completely free of charge. He is explains a bit but then he actually shows how it actually is done. People who don’t really want change but pretend listening to somebody makes them enlightened often prefer Dispenza and etc but for people who are over it, McKenna is superior in every way and has an insain track record (since you want to compete it seems 😄). His energy is not frenetic or nervous, it’s a technical preference in hypnotherapy to confuse the client and change the circuits in the mind by drawing attention to other things and make the client more open to accept suggestions. I urge you to listen to his interviews or his hypnosis. I have followed McKenna since the early 90s, Vishen Lakhiani didn’t discover him, he was in this before the whole circus started.

Havening is actually the simplest technique and it produces different sensation compared to EFT... like being wrapped in warm blanket. The process is 1. Find disturbing memory. 2. Rate it on the scale from 0-10 (10 being extreme level of distress) 3. Begin havening process by rubbing your shoulders. 4. Distract your brain by imagining walking on the beach 5. Count from 0-20 (or any other number) Check the intensity levels again. Rinse and repeat untill you're calm and peaceful.
