Thank you for doing this. I am 2 hours away from my mother. Watching you do this, I can talk her through what side is to point up and how to orient the cartridge without having to wait for a weekend to drive there. I did install my cartridges, but I have yellow blinking lights indicating the black cartridge is wrong. Maybe a paper jam, but I don't see where it is jammed. How do you check that. So the ink, paper and i buttons are blinking.

what do you do if the paper wont go in the printer because you said it would print a sheet and mine never did

Well the Manufacturer forgot to include all this in the Setup Manual. Still waiting for Alignment page tho.
