I followed the steps, but my printer keeps printing out blank pages. I have done the alignment page, I have made sure that the ink cartridges clicked in properly, and that the ink cartridge door is closed, I have tried, turning off and on my printer, no luck. Any ideas? The only thing I can think of is that I got non-HP branded ink cartridges but they are still 67. Is that an issue?

Hi, the ink cartridges should work, but if they are non HP then it may be an issue. Best is to take ink cartridges out and then clean the printheads and see if the ink is not dry on the printheads. If its dry then you need to get replacement.

You need printer data cable septately.

The instructor says that the printer can print an alignment page, but he doesn't say how. If it is supposed to be done automatically, my printer does nothing - there is paper in the feed tray.

It can print any time. When ever it prints just scan it. Use printer normally.

Mine won’t click in at all.

I bought this printer kzread.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi
