The app, the virtual assistant and the manual couldn't teach me this. It's wild we have to go to a guy on YT with no affiliation to HP for assistance.

This. They could have done a better job with that. I was struggling at first because I was worried I was going to break it by pushing too hard. This video helps a lot!

thanks for the clear instructions. folks, if you hear chunky jamming noises after the install you'll need to unplug then try to re-seat the cartridge manually. Takes some fiddling. Hope this helps someone.

I have a DJ 2755e with ink cartridges just like your using. When I try to install the cartridges I can’t get them to stay in nor can I get either cartridge to “click” with slight or greater upward pushing by my thumb. What is going on. Yes the printer is on and I’m about ready to scream 😱
