Hi, I made the mistake of closing the door before putting my ink cartridges in and now the cartridge holders will not move so that I can load the ink cartridge. Have you encountered this before?
can they be refilled?
My new printer has no ink insert?
Cool voice but could have utilized another 30 seconds and demonstrated how and where to quick refill and still kept it short and sweet!
