I replaced new ink and there after I cannot print stating "error printing" what can I do ? Thx

No never If the printer is not used, the ink will.dry out. There will be no other problems

this printer was such a scam, always cartridge issues, even with brand new one, I bought 3 of these and the 3 have the same issues.
