Installing Gas Struts on the Overhead Cabinets in my Van
In this episode, I am finally getting around to installing gas struts on the cabinet doors to hold them open. Also included is my testing out a slow-cooker recipe using only the van's power system.

Great progress on the van, congratulations. Please be careful cooking anything inside of a cardboard box, especially with paper may be flammable.
Van is coming along!👍🏼 I'd have thought the potatoes wd have been done, too, if crockpot was on high for 4 hrs. Maybe needed stirring? Glad you slept instead of worked and I'm going to guess it was 11ish when you woke up since you ate lunch, not breakfast.😁
I make cheesy potatoes in my crockpot all the time kinda looked like a lot of the same stuff but I use the frozen hash browns they are precooked and the 3 hours I let them cook is more than enough time to cook them through.
