House Hunting in Kansas
Hello! It's been a minute. Life has gotten kind of busy and plans are changing (as they always seem to do in my life). We are looking into house flipping as a way to make some income. It's not set in concrete yet but we'll see where this takes us.

I love seeing your parents! 👋😄 My rear view mirror fell off like that, too. I bought rear view mirror glue on Amazon and stuck it back on.

Dang Daniel, seeing those outlets in the floor brought back memories. Used to be the easiest way to wire an old house that previously didn't have electric. Cut a hole in the floor, run the wires, and new electric. Nowadays I doubt that would pass code inspections. LOL

Yup houses with basements makes adding an outlet on the floor pretty simple!

SD housing market doesn’t seem to have a lot of fixer-upper houses at the moment so we had to look elsewhere. Glad you’re somewhere warm and sunny ☀️😎

Nice to see mate that you beat the snow home it seemed. House flipping that's cool...I do love middle America and the older style homes. Dude, you so made me miss good old USA diner food. Think the last time I did that was Nashville back in 2016. 😊

Be extremely careful with home flipping. There's a pretty significant housing bubble and eventually the flip train will come to an end for awhile. Personally I'd only buy a house I could afford to hold on to for 10+ years in case we do indeed crash.
