Hi Alex, after I installed 3 of the inks the print head moved to the right and the orange alarm light stated flashing. Any idea how to get the print head back again? when I push the resume/cancel button nothing happens? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks i was able to make it work by turning the power on/off.

What if one of the red light is not on after installing the genuine ink?

I don't see any red light in my printer when I put the ink

ana ramirez make sure your printer is turned on, after you snap it in and hear that click, the light should be on for each cartridge.
