Canon Pro-100 Long Term Review
Ойындар
This was Canon's cheapest "Pro" level printer. In this video I discuss how it's held up for me in both home and work use, and my experience refilling ink cartridges with Precision Ink kits and generic aftermarket ink cartridges. Overall the printer is an unbeatable value and well worth picking up used if you can find one.

Thank you so much for this, my friend. Jose's channel overshadows everything in this domain, but you did a much better job demonstrating the fading issue with Precision Colors. I believe he has some undisclosed interest in that company, which makes him biased. You saved me so much money! Thank you very much.
Just picked up a Pro-100s and was thinking of trying out the PC ink but they really look faded. I used to have a Pro-10 which also had those crazy rebates. Had to abandon that Pro-10 when I moved but still have prints and they look great. I was thinking of maybe getting whatever the Pro-1000 replacement is when it comes out and convert the 100s to PC inks and make proof prints before making pigment inks.

I'm finding that generic Amazon replacement carts don't fade nearly as fast as the PC inks, and much easier then refilling.

glad to help.Been buying the cheapest brand of ink on amazon. Way better results than precision colors, but more expensive than refilling. Still easily worth it.
I've been gifted one. I'll use it for digital negatives mostly.
