I wouldn’t add any weight to the front, especially not a winch. Since you are in Florida I would add some nice looking traction boards to the rack. Most likely if you do get stuck, it will be in sand.

Nothing is what I would want for myself but I can appreciate your craftmanship and I think you nailed the look you were going for. It's all well done I'm glad you're really into.
