Does anyone know if this will work on a standard sunroof? (2014 Limited). Also, what is the weight capacity after installing this? Last question, do the crossbars fit standard roof mounted attachments (kayak rack, bike rack, roof box, etc)?

Where does the taller spacers go? In the video he said middle and the back but he was putting them on at the front? And if they go in the middle and back like he said, there’s only total of 4 taller spacers. And why is there no pdf manual available online? Only for 5th gen is available?

Working through mine right now - looks like the four long ones go up front as the clearance is a little tighter. EDIT: Confirmed, he says it at 8:30. A little late for when the question occurs, but it’s in there.

Love the rack, but hate that you have to damage the vehicle to install it. Also, plus nuts suck.

Can I install the rack without drilling holes? I already ordered one and waiting for delivery. Is there like a bolt and very strong rubber attached to it that can rest in the rail that would bolt on the middle mount of the rack available?

Hey my wind deflector screw bag didn’t come with lock washer. It only came with regular washer, screws and the t nut. Would it come flying or if I install them without the lock washer?

Funny because almost ever prinsu rack my work has ordered is missing multiple pieces in the hardware kit.

What's the reason as to why it won't work on Rav4 models equipped with a panoramic sunroof???

I don’t know for sure but I would assume clearance when the sunroof opens. The crossbars on the rack look pretty close to the roof in the center of the car.

assuming the hard points line-up, would this theoretically work on the 3rd gen Rav4 as well?

Yes assuming those details it would fit the 3rd gen. We have not test fit it however but you are more than welcome to give it a try.
