Much prefer number 2. Under the loft you could put a chest of drawers and put an oven/microwave and kettle/coffee machine. Whilst storing personal garments underneath in the drawers. Then a low table to put tv/computer and eating area. Or a bistro style table against other wall. You can put a bedside cabinet and a lamp on the loft where the socket is, then butt the bed upto the cabinet. The outside whilst not ideal is still good. The bathroom is better too. Storage for toilet roll and tissues behind the toilet. Other storage by window and the shelves!! Much more practical than number 1.

But, I also appreciate the size of loft in number 1, but kitchen and bathroom weren't as good.
１部屋目のロフトはエアコンもあってそこそこ寛げそうなのがいいですね。階段なのも嬉しい。でも水回りは２部屋目の方が好みかな
