It would be nice if front door was partial glass, and that partial glass includes an operable tiny window. For better cross ventilation, and natural light to come through into the home. I have never seen a door as such. I wish it thoughtfully designed and made existed. In the 21st century, we need not worry about ultimate privacy/security as the world is a lot safer and secure thanks to technology. A shelf or cabinet above the sink would be helpful...to store cooking and dining ware. If the toilet can take on a minimalist profile, it can be placed in the wash room. (But the Japanese likes the massive bidet toilet.) Then the toilet room can be converted to hold a refrigerator/freezer and perhaps also space/shelving for storing food. Nice tiny place. I hope both windows are operable windows, not just glass for lighting. It was good to include two windows for cross ventilation.
