Inside the WORLD of COWBOY WISDOM with DeWayne!

I always admire someone who starts out with absolutely nothing that they scrape and claw their way forward, just like Dewayne and his wife from Dry Creek Wrangler School!
Say hi to Dewayne and Deanna on their website drycreekwranglers.com/

Dewayne is a good man. I'm a fellow Kentuckian and left there around 85 and headed to Phoenix. I didn't have 2 dimes to rub together after few weeks after I got there. No family there but was determined to make it. Long story short after 35 years with lots of struggles and hard work I was able by God's grace to build one of the largest plumbing companies in town. I'm 60 and Sold it a few years back. I now can spend half my time on my farm in Kentucky enjoying cattle and horses and other back on Phx. My dream has come true. Never give up when you know the Lord has guided you there and put it on your heart.

I had found Dewayne and his channel a few months ago. I love his cowboy wisdom. When he told you, Trinity, he reads all the comments under his videos....then said he has deleted and blocked some, because no one needs rude people, I yelled out "YES!!!" If more channels did that, these rude people would crawl back in their holes, maybe never come out again. LOL Good, good interview from two awesome cowboys, both with great channels. The heart of what America stands for.😊

Thank you! Two of my favourite cowboy channels coming together was so good to listen too. I’m a (young) 70 year old cowboy from England. Started western riding in the early 1970s, but a serious motorcycle accident stopped me from riding in 1982. In 2012 I did a road trip from Phoenix to Colorado Springs. A chance discussion with a young guy in a western store in Durango CO turned my life around. As a result I’m now a leather craftsman. I also rediscovered my western cowboy self. After a hip replacement in 2014, I started to learn western riding again, only to have my hopes dashed after just two great lessons, when nerves down my arm were trapped by calcifying vertebrae. Spinal surgery cured the problem, but I was advised not to ride again. Channels like yours help me keep that dream alive. Hopefully, I will get back to tour the States in the next couple of years. My aim is to go from Montana to Texas, via WY, CO, UT, AZ & NM. I’d love the chance to meet up with you both & buy you a beer or two, whilst talking all things western. PS: DeWayne, please tell your dear wife, we pronounce Worcestershire Sauce, “Woostershire”. 😉🤠

@@grim_plays3139 I just did a Google search for western horse riding instruction. I was living in N Yorkshire at the time and there was a qualified instructor near Masham in the Dales. There are a couple of western riding associations as well, who may have lists of qualified instructors. A lot of western riders are also horse owners, so these organisations tend to pander more to training your horse.

I found Dewayne's channel when he had about 20,000 subscribers during the summer of '21. I was camping in my truck camper in the Bighorn mountains and have no recollection of how I found his channel, but I immediately connected with his wisdom, honesty and integrity. Happy to be a fellow Kentuckian. He reminds of John Lovell of the Warrior Poet Society. Nice interview Trinity!

I never expected to see both of you together. This was great! Both of you, I hope you know that there are many of us who watch who are not kids starting out. I'm about to retire, most likely. We appreciate the wisdom we hear. It isn't that it is new wisdom in many cases, it is that you speak it well and clearly. Something we understand but have a hard time distilling into words as well as you both do. I'm farm raised, someone else had cattle on our mountain above the orchards so am semi familiar. Hearing about horsemanship is interesting, although not something I intend to take up. But speaking about things like perseverance just warms my heart. It reinforces our values in a day when we wonder if we are the only ones left who gets it still. Thank you, gentlemen. And gentle MEN you are, not sissy men, MEN who were raised right, fear God, love your country, are respectful of others, and have a line drawn for what is acceptable conduct. Gold among the wasteland of the internet!

I came across your channel through one of your short videos talking about the beef farmers. I was raised around horses until about 14, folks divorced, and I ended up in the city. Recently we bought some land, and we are getting back into a small farm with a few cattle, a couple of horses and the wife’s “pets.” I was glad to see you spending time with DeWayne as I have visited his channel often. Such an enjoyable conversation between you two especially where he was talking about kids who cannot take rough times. Not to be weird, but any chance you would share the brand of the vest you were wearing. I liked the look of it. Thanks for making your videos, because they show a way of life that so many have either forgotten about or are not aware that this is and has been the backbone of our country for so many years. I loved this video ! Mamma looked beautiful 🩷 You are both continuing to have a place in my heart . I’m grateful for your honest , But yet a kind way of sharing truth . And you did defend me awhile back , when I shared about the Lord using your teaching . You are a man of your word . That’s huge 😇 Laura 💜 Bear 🐴
