Oh really? You know ronnie Coleman? Irregardless he didn’t say he wasn’t taking all that much, he said he was taking what everyone else was. Which was generally a lot. And in the era he competed in, there is lots of genetic hyper elites who were not on much, take levrone for example who would go off season for like half the year. But you would know this right? So true. My old roommate was into bodybuilding for around 12 years at the time. Super dedicated, ate good lifted regularly but stayed natural. Changed his body over the course or a decade. He was in great shape and pretty damn strong. He looked big and lean and you could tell he was into bodybuilding. Yet a lot of his lifting buddies used steroid injections, testosterone etc. and they were as big or bigger than him with only a couple years of lifting. He said it would be frustrating sometimes but he still didn’t want to use steroids and I always respected him for that.

Well we did live together lol. Was a friend of 13 years so I didn’t need to follow him around. He ate pretty strict and tracked all his macros. He was obsessed with personal training and I know some people he trained. All had great results. He put a diet together and fitness split for me together and got me in the best shape of my life by far. Was stronger back then than I am now but it’s hard to stick to that strict of diet year round. He was just obsessed with it and disciplined. He would have never done any pro hormones or steroids because he would have had bad anxiety. He had to stop taking pre workouts because they were messing with him. He was the cleanest lifter I’ve ever been around. I got to see it all being his roommate. And like i said he transformed his body over a decade or so. It takes time if you don’t juice. Which is why he would get frustrated that his buddies would get as big as him a c pimple years taking testosterone injections. But they also has many issues because of that so it was a smart choice to stay clean. One of his friends had to have surgery for gyno. Not fun

I haven’t made the move to get Spotify yet, but I understand the move. So many people feel betrayed by Joe deleting important podcasts and moving to Spotify but I get it. KZread is cool for us viewers, but for content creators it’s not. They put a line in the sand. Either you’re on their side of the PC culture line or you’re the enemy. This podcast is his life. His investment for his family. KZread is too sketchy to put your career into these days, which nobody knew youtube would go off the deep end until a few years ago. Unless you have a 100% PG rating, it’s risky to put your eggs in this basket. And even though Spotify has some soyboy snowflakes working for them, at least they’re binded by contract to let Joe speak on what he wants to speak on without stopping his cash flow. So I feel like that was his main reason for switching. Because KZread’s policy says it can delete your career at their discretion, whereas Spotify comes with a notarized contract. It has a safer foundation. KZread is a great platform for us to bounce ideas off each other, but it’s a burden for creators

Hello, I lost my job due to covid. They shut down all the restaurants in cook county which then led me to losing my apartment. I’m currently living out of my car which I try and make the best of. I’ve applied to a bunch of places I’m hoping to get a call back. if anyone could help me with whatever you could bc I’m needing stuff like hand warmers which I stuff in my clothes at night when it’s cold. Also cheap burgers/ fast food. I know times are rough for everyone these days, but if you are able to help me I have cash app and Venmo, user name Allyboy23 If you’re unable to help I totally understand. God bless you both 🙏🏻

I got into bodybuilding as a sport/ hobby, natural! Then I got caught up in the hype through the magazines. In my ignorance I thought I could achieve those results if I worked hard. Went to a ex-pro bodybuilder who had a gym on Chicago’s Northwest side who looked at me and said nice beach body but that I’d never make it on a stage and that I needed another 40 lbs of muscle! I walked away disappointed and in the locker room as I was changing I got into a conversation with a dude who was also changing but he looked like a behemoth and I shared with him what the ex-pro had told me. And he said you know there is a way for you to add 40 lbs of muscle so fast it’ll make your head spin! I asked him naively, how? He said juice! Juice I asked? Yeah steroids he whispered. I can get some for you but it’ll cost you! He gave me his number, I never called and never went back. Was I tempted? Yes, but I figured that I’d gotten into this whole fitness thing for good health reasons so it didn’t make sense to start ingesting a substance that was going to destroy my health! Stayed with the fitness but chose a different path as my bodybuilding aspirations disappeared!

If you want this life and ACCEPT all risk involved then go for it but one has to accept all fish involved. Most never do as I didn’t know all risk years ago but that’s for me to blame myself should had researched more. Anyways it’s all decision IMO your decision the better one but that’s my OPINION.

The natty might take 2 months to recover and in the process develop scar tissue, making the injury a lifelong issue. The ehanced athlete would just take HGH, Tb500 and bpc157. They would recover in 3 weeks and scar tissue would be minimal, so they won't have to worry about re-injuring it in he future while the natty will be more susceptible to the same injury.

A couple points about Tony and bodybuilding: He gets a lot of backlash for being outlandish with his PED use. He often uses himself as a "lab rat" to test minimums and extremes. He does in fact use an extreme amount of PED's at times He looks "normal" in pics/videos, but he is actually quite big for his size (he's 5' 8" or 5' 9") Bodybuilding's demand for PED's largely stems from the fanbase demanding a "bigger, leaner, freakier" physique. Bodybuilding organizations have had zero advocation for the health/treatment related to the exuberant amount of mental health problems in the sport. Final note: JRE podcast all day/all night.

There is a ton of work that most people would consider literal torture that a person has to go through every day to utilize the performance and physical enhancement properties of steroids. Most people can't name one steroid but they are all analogs of Testosterone and far less deadly when used properly than taking Tylenol or any prescription drug loaded with side effects.
