@Lesgo Brandon it's not "for nothing" liver, even in small amounts is healthy and can help you hit daily nutrient needs. It's not a necessity for getting shredded like that, but for people that want to have a perfect diet its absolutely something that you should keep in mind. Yeah the guy used steroids but what most people fail to realize is even if he DIDNT he'd still be in the top 1% of every room he walks into should the rest of his lifestyle be the same. Eating them occasionally if you like them is fine but the reason predatory animals eat the liver is because they do not make endogenous vitamin C which liver contains the highest amount of in an animal's body. Eating a diet high in liver is honestly just stupid and asking for a litany of health problems down the line. I've watched my friend who is only in his 30's struggle with gout due to his love of organ meats and beer. People shilling some stupid out of balance diet like the Liver King should be shamed, but especially when they claim to be natty when they clearly are not.

Call me a minority but literally everything he did is healthy and a positive for humans. Autoimmune diseases didn’t exactly exist before the agricultural revolution. We’re all fat and depressed and Test levels are plummeting.

Derek had used that email for consultations but he had stopped accepting or reading emails from that account and just found it a few days ago.
