INSIDE LOOK Milwaukee M12 FUEL Right Angle Impact Disassembly and More Testing

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

We do additional testing on the M12 Right Angle Impact and we take it apart to see what's on the inside. All metal gearing gives us the impression that this right angle impact will live at least a few years in its hard-knock life.
shoptoolreviews.com/shop-tool...
This Milwaukee right angle impact wrench is nothing new to this channel. We actually reviewed this M12 impact wrench a few weeks prior. You can check out the review below. This is an impressively powerful impact to be 12V and to be so compact in depth.
• Milwaukee 2565 M12 FUE...
You can get the Milwaukee Right Angle impact for $199 for the bare tool, you for $299 you get the tool, two 2.0Ah batteries, and the M12 charger. This is available in 3/8" (2564) or 1/2" (2565) drive sizes.

I think u would have seen a gain with the 4ah. The 3ah uses the same weak cells as the 1.5ah. Even though going from the 2 to the 3 is a increase.....those cells are not the best. I could wrong , however I notice a decent increase by using the 4ah over the 2ah. Idk , maybe it's the placebo effect....who knows. Great video.

Has anyone had any issue with this tool. Found mine after impacting, the motor runs slightly slower with a different note. Change direction and you get one jerk and its back to normal. Also noticed when doing it you can manually grab the socket and turn it and it will click into place. Looking at this video it seems the anvil is stuck between the two grooves when the spring compressed and I release the trigger. Anyone else seen this?normal?

Once you break that bond the 90 should be able to drive it off. If you were to check it with a torque wrench I’m sure it would far exceed this tools rating.

ATG suggests to get ATG/Lowe's for less plus a free battery for $140.00. Then change the anvil for more power. ATG Gold uses graphene battery which is better than Dewalt, Kobalt & Milwaukee. No matter what these Chinese tools are really nice to have & use. Again, ATG is helping many during the COVID-19 crises, to provide one free battery when you want a Kobalt. Nevertheless, ATG & I have tested them and the weakest links: Save your money if you are making less than $87k/yr by using shop air impact tools. Since shops forced you to use your own tools to make money for them, why throw out your money to get these?

Then there is the M12/M18 platforms, of which no other tool company has the depth and breadth of product. They are always inventing, investing heavily into R&D. That’s why we have this new M12 right angle impact, M12 23 gauge brad nailer, etc... Every year new and cool products, that are well built and quality manufactured. That’s why....
