Only things the designers missed are a pot filler in the kitchen & I would have made the floors a nice Chevron pattern with a lighter wood , otherwise this mansion is darn near a flawless property! The Staircase & pool room shower are my favorite parts of the home ! Thanks for the tour Jeremy!

One thing i really love about the houses down there is the toilet rooms. I love the idea of having a private toilet. You don't see that much here in PA.

YES! This is definitely something you don't normally see in homes in the north!

I got 3 kids, 17 13 and 11, anti-slam doors sounds real good right now 😂 I lived in Myrtle Beach back in 2010-2012, I miss it there so much! I recently found your channel and I love it, thank you for keeping me in the loop and for the nostalgia of how different my life was back then. Btw I'm in Texas now, I love it...but it's certainly not Myrtle Beach 😉 Take care!!!

@@jeremyblanton that’s my dream closet! Love California closets designs, they are the best money can buy, unless it’s custom Italian cabinetry that’s in most Beverly Hills mega mansions that are over 20 Mill (which is the best of the best, but costs insane money)

Taxes on this home were paid this past year as $3,648.00

Jeremy, I am sorry but you are showing your houses as if you are the buyer, not the buyee! The things that you highlight overshadow the things that should be shown such as a complete view of the primary suite, you rarely show it in it's fullness! Focus on letting the house speak for itself instead of overselling it! Just an FYI, but The views should be higher for this house...
