Yes it is! It's probably my favorite home I've been able to film, I was excited to share it!
It’s nice. But I think they did not emphasize the river view (missed opportunity). The river side of the house needs to have high ceiling and and the wall facing the river needs to be all glass. No one wants to go all the way out on the balcony just see the water. Beautiful neighborhood though. Hopefully they will find the way to manage the increasing amount of traffic on the river oaks rd.

Hey, thanks for watching! I can see what you're saying. It would be hard to get a perfect view of the water from inside with the balcony in place but that outside space was important for this owner. That's the great thing about a custom home, you can emphasize what's important to you specifically.
