A beautiful landscape for the property. The pool area is superb. Abit dark inside for my taste. Love, love, love the storage and layout of rooms. No back neighbors, we can dance around in our birthday suits all day, if we want!!💋🌹🥰👀😎💯😍😘

To dark but, it seems to have great bones. The dark cabinets can easily be lighted. Dark, light, furniture that’s not my cup of tea wouldn’t throw me off. As long as it has all the bells and whistles not too mention being built well checks all the right boxes for me. It has so much space.

I don't have a lot of knowledge about real estate prices in the US, but for this one, at this area of the city isn't it very cheap 1M dollars for a properity like this?! I mean it is a whole custom big house in a good area full of privacy! comparing prices in my hometown which is monterrey méxico with luxury houses, this one is a lot nicer and bigger than many properties here! that price is a BOMB!

This property was actually sold a couple of years ago, so it is certainly worth more now after the value increases during 2020-2022! Thanks for watching!

And liberals say Texas sucks. They'd pay 4 or 5 million for a house like this. We bought a 4800 square foot custom,home in Cinco Ranch on the 6th fairway for 480 k and that was 16 years ago. We could sell it today for 1.5 million.

As soon as he said Gated That house was already way over priced by about 2 million dollars no house in any Gated Community is worth more then a door mat. I don't fear people breaking in I just shoot them dead . Why would I pay others to tell me I have to cut my lawn . Not to mention some of the gated fees are high. I have heard of some that have to pay 1500 a month others pay 500 a month non the less if you buy a house in a Gated Community they tell you what you can or can't do. I almost bought one and the real-estate lady told me no I can not have my 5th wheel camper on my land the camper was new and then she said no I can not have my Golf cart on my land the golf cart was new but she did say I can store my Camper and golf cart 3 miles down the road for a fee every month but be sure to have it fully insured Because the place does not cover anything.

The eye sore is the powerlines out from the back yard view. So that sounds like a fib. 500k max, half your price, that why knocked so lower to 990k, oh thats why. A celebrity would never buy power lines. Bad planning. I would buy across the street with less view. Home is very nice.

Thanks for watching! Thankfully in this case the power lines were off in the difference and not running right over the yard, but you're right some buyers wouldn't like even that. The buyer that purchased it was ok with them so it worked out!

Hey Joe! The HOA for that section of Cinco Ranch is $1,275/Annually and the property taxes without any exemptions were $27,390 in 2019.

Easy for you to say but for Most Local residences, they absolutely HATE Californians moving to Other states(Wyoming, Idaho, Texas, etc..) because it drives up Home Prices and the Other group drive up Crimes...lol Texas is Great Except for it's Humidity, and High Property Tax 1.69%, compare to CA 1.07%. I LOVE Texas Republican Laws/Legislation/Law Makers, especially a New Law starting September 1st, Texans can have Open Carry Guns "without" a permit!! Gives the Old Slogan new meaning, "Don't Mess with Texas or Texans".

Property taxes in that community are at a 2.7 tax rate, so it would be around $23,000-24,000 for a home that size

Well, the thing about the Houston area is it’s basically all in a flood zone. The main difference is how likely is it to flood or not. This specific home was in an area least likely to flood called “zone x”

The home was built in 2011 so it was in trend for the time, but a fresh coat of paint throughout would make a HUGE difference

@@NickSellsHouston it would be 8 beds, 5 master beds with master bathroom and closets with 4500 to 6000 building soft, not to mention big lot. The house in video does not have half of the stuff either. Floor sucks, bed size sucks, kitchen sucks not lot of space and options. And you don't have much automated outlets either. Almost forgot to mention two garage in front and two garage on the side of the house
