My daughter and I were at this home for an open house. I heard a very familiar voice and had to go and meet the Nava Realty Group couple. They were very nice and took time to talk to my daughter and I. I appreciate it. Love the house too.

Am I the only one that got lost.....like 3 TIMES!! This home is absolutely AMAZING 🤩 every family function would be held @ this house, whether you wanted to or not 😂

This video was on my recommended feed, so I decided to watch it since I love looking at home tours. This house is by far one of the most beautiful homes that I've seen yet and I live here in Dallas. I'm pretty sure some other homes are just as gorgeous, but the architectural features, the artwork pieces, and the massive closet spaces were just a few of my favorites. 🙏🏽

Pool and sauna A++++ Entrance way is gorgeous, pictures frames ☺️☺️, office area ☺️☺️☺️, fireplace, round table ☺️☺️☺️, bay window ☺️☺️☺️, I like the bench by the bed, o my word look at the bathroom... Rose pedals I know that's right with some orange juice, balcony A+++ Love this one ☺️☺️☺️☺️ O my word I love the exercise equipment 🤩🤩🤩 O my goodness I keep forgetting shout out to Mrs Meyer's that stuff smells so good 😊😊😊😊😊

the art speaks for itself , overall love the interior designs throughout the whole house , im inlove with every house you guys post 🥰🥰 & asé god bless you both the beautiful message has been received 🤍

That space y’all asked about is the actual butlers pantry… that 2nd kitchens just that it’s what builders and architects call the "Back kitchen" this house is amazing!!! It has everything!

Oh my goodness I held my breath a few times while watching this preparatory it is a very gorgeous house but the mother-in-law house I would just use that as a guest house for company I mean this is by far the most beautiful house I've seen you guys review I'm in love be blessed shalom

What a nice house and such a nice neighborhood, Just like in the movies. Been raised in Dallas yet I've never seen such a sight. I wish I could go there ✨🌝 8:43 There should be home museums for those who love browsing houses, Like me 😅

I agree with the first comment I saw about the floor plan being all over the place. After you went upstairs in the master closet it seemed like all of a sudden you were in a maze that made no sense. Where was the staircase to access the other bedrooms? Also, are there only two kids rooms plus the nanny room? This one was very confusing to me. It was more of a show place than a home. It felt cold and unwelcoming. I didn't like it at all. Who needs that many living rooms? I'm an abuela lol, but we call me the granny nanny. I don't think I'd like being out in the pool house because while I do like my own area, I also like being close to the kiddos. The nanny room wouldn't work for me unless there's an elevator in the house due to a disability issue. I don't know, when I saw all that space dedicated to clothes, shoes, accessories, etc., it just kind of made me sad that people could probably fill all that space up with things they might wear once or maybe even not wear at all. Who needs that much stuff? I couldn't be happy living in a house like this one knowing how many children are homeless and hungry in one of the richest countries in the world. I'm guessing the mortgage payment along with insurance, property taxes, utilities and maintenance would be somewhere near the $50,000 mark. Even if you found a home that cost half of this one, it would still be a lavish lifestyle and a $25,000 donation to food pantries and shelters would help a lot of people. I'm not for socialism and people are free to spend their money as they wish though. I just don't understand the mindset of people who have to live this large. It's easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than for a wealthy man to get into Heaven. I love most of your videos and seeing the design and layout of nice homes. This one lost me during the tour of the master closets. Everything that followed just baffled me. God bless you both. Keep up the good work. The room behind the kitchen would be the scullery or catering kitchen and the other space right after would be the butler’s pantry which is used for storage of dishes and glassware.

I never see in my life. The house is biggest and 2nd level is walk so far in hall more space room wow. 2 kitchen s room is beautiful I really like it 2 nd level more private room. But they don't have an access elevator for a handicapped. Well thank you for showing the house.

The architect had one to many when this house was designed. There is no consistent flow. A closet with a stairs that leads to a sitting room with a closet?? A study with a sink in the living room?...this could be an incredible house if some thought was put into the layout

I agree the worst layout and use of space

That little area in the kitchen that you ask what you would use it for I would use it for a dessert bar it really looks like a bar you just have a hot cocoa party at or a ice cream bar

Great house. Perhaps you could have planned the house tour more efficiently. I got lost on the flow of your tour when you explored the primary suite closets and adjacent amenities on the 2nd floor then went down the garage just to go back to the main level. The tour could have been done in a better way. Nevertheless the house is gorgeous and stunning.

My favorite part of the video was sharing the gospel. What a beautiful home and a beautiful message. God bless you 🕊️

As an upcoming Abuela, the only thing that is missing is community. In our old age we want to be surrounded by our friends and our community. We can watch children going to school, chat with the next door neighbour over the fence and go to our local church were we are part of the church.
