Great house tour. It's a beautiful home. It always blows my mind when builders install small bathtubs not suitable for adult sized humans. This home has been on the market for a very long time. My guess is the location on a bust street and over improvement. This is new construction in TX Unfortunately, standards are low here. Advise any potential buyer to get a full inspection especially the flat roof.

I love your channel so much! Thank you for being consistent with your content and I also just came across your Facebook page so I am keeping up with you there as well! As for the home (just my own opinion): I feel the developer dropped the ball on this one. Very beautiful home on the outside, but feel like this home lost its appeal on the inside. The design aspect of it could’ve gone so well had there been one solid take on the route they were going to go but I feel like their concept and vision of design is a little all over the place and it’s more confusing and underwhelming than anything. They also could’ve had some contrast with colors that worked well(light and dark) to make some of those modern features inside of the home really stand out, especially in that kitchen. The kitchen looks so plain and while it does deliver on minimalistic sleek, I’m sure future buyers would love to see more wow factor from it. Overall I’m sure someone will still think it’s great for their family and the place will sell. All of these things can easily be changed to accommodate someone’s needs so whoever will buy this home I’m wishing them the best. Awesome video as usual! ❤ *also please excuse my many typos 🤦🏾‍♀️. Those rooftops are very dangerous with the low walls they need to put at least 5 feet of glass on top of those short walls. There is a documentary I saw where a guy was filming pictures and video of this girl and he was backing up and he fell over and hit the concrete and died at the hospital It’s called , “Bride Groom” A love Story unequaled. It’s sad but it was about these 2 guys who were in business together & it’s a great documentary. There is no way I would want a roof with such short walls like this home has. I’m surprised builders are allowed to even build it like that
