Thank you for showing this property. I do love entrance to the home. The Black Rock texture on the right side there is very nice. And to walk in the home is very interesting! The wood beams there in the right side are interesting as well. The kitchen is very cute. This home is giving me a little bit of beautiful Japanese style of items in this home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very very nice. And yes your outdoor kitchen is breath taking. And to have a dock for your yacht is beautiful. You are giving a great showing of this property. Beautiful modern design North Miami Beach waterfront mansion. I use to live in West North Miami Beach on 163rd street, the middle-class part of North Miami Beach. This mansion is located in East North Miami Beach, the richer part of North Miami Beach. North Miami Beach is a nice city. I like the mansion black and gray rock on the front wall. I like the house black marble kitchen and gray cabinet. I like the living room with the two yellow chairs. I like the marble table dining room with the nice lights. I like the master bedroom, the master closet, and the master black marble bathroom. I like the fact the the glass wall are not transparent on the outside. The pool is beautiful, I like the sofa bed by the pool. Last I like the boat parking . The Aventura Mall one of the most beautiful mall in South Florida is 10 minutes away.

Always wanted to live in Miami Florida. Watching Miami villa tour let me feel more real in that dream. Really like that home, bit narrow in some places, passages, and main glass door should have feature to open them wide open all the way. Miss to see some grass to play football with my kid but anyway, love that mix of natural stone, plaster, with natural wood and vivid plants. Beautiful tropical atmosphere. Dream..

What a wonderful place. I like the size and the fact that not so much space is wasted here. A house that has everything you could wish for at a much better price than many bloated properties.

Hi! Seen a few of your videos. Just wanted to say that I think you're presenting the houses really great 99% of the time. Your presentations are plesant to watch and your descriptions of the houses are descriptive and not vulgar and vague (wich I find that some other real estate agents movies are). The cameraman is doing a great job too! If I could comment on one specific thing that could be even better it would be this: cater your clothing even more specifically to the house you are showing, and always know what's behind every door before you open it. It gives you the oportunity to create some mystique and excitement before you open the door (just saw a few videos where you didnt know what was behind a few of the doors). Keep up the good work! :)

The tv in the master is a bit high up! I love the hidden tv where it comes out when needed- I don’t rly like the vibe of the bed facing a black screen all the time, but I think I prefer a tv coming out of the floor OR if it came down a bit more/ a bit closer to the bed (I need contacts lmao and in bed I don’t wear em!!) I love all the green foliage framing all the windows, the kitchen, living area, outdoor area, pool… gorgeous! The closet too! Honestly the master bedroom didn’t get me- I love the access to the back, the gorgeous en suite bath, and the closet, but the layout of the bed just seemed a bit like strewn together, like it was thought of last minute- I might just redesign the layout of the bed and/or closet… and the tv lol

Oh this one is nice. A lot of green, directly at the water and not too big, so it actually feels like a home you can live in. Only thing is i would use less black furniture and stuff

Ok, might buy just for that outdoor wok station. Haven’t seen one outside a Chinese restaurant kitchen. The wok has a round bottom so it can be swivel and shaken around easily over the fire then when you want to switch to the next dish, you just rinse it out with the swivel faucet right there, tip it away from you and the water will go into the built in (hidden) drain of the station at that end and then you can get to the next dish right away!

It's missing a garage and space for nightstands on the only wall in the owner's suite that can accommodate a king-size headboard without blocking windows or other openings... things you really wouldn't expect to be lacking at a $3M price point.

I would describe the kitchen more of an entertainment area. I think the price is spot on. Beautiful home
