Hello there , really appreciate your reviews and i usually agree with your personal taste in how the iems you try out translate specific songs. You influenced me into getting the mangird tea 2, and while i Love it and it is very very "musical" and fun to my ears, i also sing professionaly and sometimes use the tea 2 on stage. So even though i have 2 Ciems for that i am looking for a sub 500 resolution monster! Your opinion will be greatly appreciated! I'm interested in the Mahinas and they're in the running for my first tribrids. My library has a good amount of hip-hop, edm, and some metalcore so do you think the Mahinas would do well?

Love the Oracle it's the top of my iems. Was hoping the MKII would expand on what they had going.

Braddah Chris, the OG Oracle tuning is what I prefer🤙. Looks like they missed the mark on this one. Unfortunately a pass for me when I already have Monarch mkii. Wish they named this something else. Kind spoils the Oracle name for me. Mahalo for the heads-up.

I absolutely love the og Oracle and I've spent some time with the Monarch mk2 and still prefer the Oracle so if this is closer to the Monarch then it'll definitely be a pass from me.

I find it really hard to find the right synergy with the monarch mk2. It's an technically weapon with amazing bass but the upper mids are very aggressive and badly tolerate bad music material

I just bought the OG Oracle🤘🙋‍♂️

Bought the dusk and ie600. They were ok. Dusk had connection issues on the right side and had to return. That was painful and expensive. Almost kept the ie600. I still come back to my Sony N3AP that I really like. Got any recommendations as upgrade from the Sony?

@@maegnificant Just shipped it today. I hope I get my money back, its just they don't provide return label so I had to ship it myself. Cheapest shipping option was like $29. On top of that, I think there might be a restocking fee. I'll eat the return shipping cost, but I'm definitely going to push them for full refund.

I just ordered the ie600 a couple of days before now expecting delivery. I felt it was the best 700$ iem my money can buy. Also keep in mind you gotta invest in a good amp dac as well. I went with the Lotoo Paw S2. Looking forward to get my hands on them

Think I’ll avoid this one. I’m really not a fan of this tucked bass trend. It does not sound accurate to me. For what sort of library does it work? I listen to edm, rock, metal, classical, jazz, hip hop, ambient etc and it sounds wrong to me on all those genres. Mid bass is a part of bass surly?

As you say, this is about as related to an Oracle, as the Clairvoyance!! You weren't the only one to be confused by their own wording... :)

I like the idea of a more affordable Monarch. However, I’m not editing or producing music. I’m only listening to or consuming music.

Not a fan of either but Variations has better tuned treble

so this is not a refined oracle. In fact it looks like a "new" clarivoyance + og monarch cross-breed, but with spicy treb. and it's only a tiny bit cheaper than those 2 models... Why?! how is this a mk2?! I hope they reconsider discontinuiing the og oracle

Wish they didn't elevate the treble compared to the OG...

I am from Spain, I have bought my IER-Z1R from an Italian guy on the Head-fi classifieds section. I have had a good experience, but I know that some people have not, so take your regular precautions when you are on a used market. Like check the reputation, never give an advance. Better if you use PayPal protection. And so on. It depends on your market. In Spain Wallapop works pretty well, and there are specific forums where you can find people selling...

This is some kind of crap turned out - over-bass (Oracle mk2 has 3-4 dB more bass than Monarch mk2) and bright on the HF. Running after the original Oracle....

Shame they screwed the pooch on that one
