Obsessed with this workout, was brutal at first but every time I do it I can see I’m getting better. Great routine never seems to get boring and a lot more achievable than the original insanity workout

Love it. Very realistic work out, not just all fit and perfect people in the group like many other. This is what you see in real life, although I do agree that the trainer doesn't pay much attention or correct her team.

it's a nice one leaves full body relaxed and I do it perfectly as a coach
i teach insanity live and don't remember seeing this set either. I know you can mix and match but I these seem like a little of her own thing which is cool but not actually INSANITY LIVE. also she seems more like the workout is for her than them. she doesn't talk much through it to motivate them or check on them. they always stress to try and mirror your class as much as possible. today I only had one participant and there is a big mirror in front of us so I did it with her and we both faced the same direction but the mirror was there so that if/when I saw her doing something wrong I could easily correct/tell her what to change. great workout and nothing against her but I don't think I would take her class...I need a little more talking to distract me from the pain and push me when im taking a class.

Great video! Going to try this soon! And for all those saying the instructor isn't engaging with her class, I'm sure she just did that for the purpose of the video so it's easier to follow along. Probably not like that on an everyday basis.

This video should have a update to a year later I used to be a beginner and do low impact now a year later and im doing high impact it never gets easier I still gasp for air at the end of each round lol
Love the instructor. I'd love to get to know her and figure where her motivation comes from.

I was an aerobics and weight instructor/trainer in the 70's to the 80's at local and other SoCal gyms like, Golds' Gym when they were just starting the certification requirements and in my opinion, this class fails as a healthy workout. As noted by others, lead female doesn't interact with her class, walk through to check/correct postures or even remind them to breath. Also, unless all these people drink electrolytes drink and have good source of protein and water to hydrate they will be plenty sore and deplete their bodies: risky. Plus, it's been proven that 30-45 minute workouts are more than enough for weight loss when done correctly, 3 times a week or more as desired. Even 2-30-45 minute aerobics classes with strength and core exercises incorporated in the workout, 3-5 times per week would be more beneficial to the bodies than this workout; this is my professional opinion. Finally, no real warm up, constant movement during her 'breaks' nor body cool down are a part of this workout; is everyone ok to just start going hard at it cold and stiff? When our hearts .are beating very hart from this kind of workout and stops suddenly , I've been informed in the past that instruction to move from side to side or light walking in place is better for the heart and to prevent risk of fainting or worse. To calm the body down at the end of a heavy workout is very important as well. Instead of rushing through a fast pace and grueling workout, saying a quick whatever and sending them all off to rejoin the stressful world beyond the walls of the gym is down right cruel. Take five to ten minutes at least with a slow over the head, deep breathing a couple times and downward facing dog to strengthen core and unify the muscles with control talking in a calm soothing voice, makes patrons feel cared for and adds comfort to the bonding even of the gym itself and then to child's pose again, deep relaxing breaths as the heart begins to beat at a normal pace and foreheads down, arms to the sides along the body- the instructor quietly gets up, claps her hands to awaken the spirits and applaud them for a job well done even those in the back who are shy because they might be new or embarrassed by the clothes they wore, their hair or just because they aren't with it but guess what! They came and they worked out to the best of their ability that day or every time, who cares? It's about 'you!' Namaste'

great little workout and nice modifiers on some of the moves, but after 3 mins it’s clear the trainer was just working out in her zone but not correcting some of the students forms, and not really being engaged with them she was just in her zone lol

Yes she didn't need to join in with all the exercises one of the master trainers from a video I watched recommended that you don't join in with all the workout because you need to coach them and correct their form. Also shouldn't she be facing the people?

I agree completely with you. My son is 13 yrs. old with 68 pounds, and me 51 yrs. old with 130 pounds, used to do the 21 Days workout from Autum Calabrese. After 2 months doing the workout with enthusiasm, I made the serious mistake of correcting him in something to avoid him any injury. My son got frustrated (and me too) and he stopped doing the workout. After couple of days he decided to do the workout alone!!. Ha, ha! Now he is doing the workout of Tony Horton (Power 90 and 10 minute Trainer). But at least he remains doing his best because he suffer of asthma. He is still loosing weight. I'm proud of my son.

When I got certified to teach the insanity live classes my instructor said we can mix and match the different rounds. We only do 30 minute insanity classes at our gym and we took moves from various different rounds and put them together to make this work out! Enjoy!

Lori Edwards amen to that. They're there, not sitting at home doing nothing. Simultaneously, having people who can't quite follow the instructor, in the front, can mess with the ability of others to get the most out of a class.

Paris Smith The moves in this class aren't all moves from Insanity. This is like a modified class.

I think this trainer is more into looking good on the video versus motivating and correcting her class.

Definitely a good workout, but I've been doing INSANITY LIVE since round 1 (4 years) and been a certified instructor for 2 and I don't recognize most of these moves. I recognize the Round 17 music track, but aside from the 1-2-3 Heisman, most of these moves seem altered from the original.......just sayin'

She has used people that fit the everyday person and that's good. I feel that the workout itself, is for her. She's not instructing the clients on their form. This could had been a great video if she was a lot more attentive towards her clients instead of trying to do another workout for herself

I am doing insanity but some of the moves she does I don't recognise. And she doesn't go around to see how everyone is doing.
I played this for sports didn't sit down so I got an ice block me and Jacob he is a boy in my class

That instructor is in her own world. Only instructing she does is screaming. Her transitions are so fast. I would've walked out 10 minutes in.
This is the most boring and dull workout I've ever seen. Honestly I'd burn more calories sitting on my butt and laughing watching the Simpsons than being part of this class.
