INSANE Strongman Transformation!

Спорт

In this video, Omar Isuf begins his strongman journey by going from fit to fat, mildly scruffy to wizard level beard growth, in just 6 weeks! The journey begins by learning how train, eat, and live like a strongman. I also teach Omar how to clean and press a log like a strongman.

Only to mention that I do squats in all my life about 5-7 times I'm 37 years old and when I started powerlifting with him I doing 120kg for 1 rep max and I make it nice and deep I mean good squat, 3 months later I doing 165kg and him pushing me non stop and I started be scared because that is a lot of weight but I can lift more I feel it but I don't know if I don't push it to fast to don't happen something???? I can't believe I'm so strong I don't taking any steroids nothing only per workout and vitamins B complex and vitamin C . Do I need to keep going till I get my maximum or to slow down a bit?????? Please some guy with good experience and knowledge to respond me with good advice. Thanks too all.

If your form is good and you feel comfortable, also no recurring pain in your back or knees. Then you can find out what your true max is, but if you do not feel confident in those weight jumps you should slow down and incrementally do more the next workout (maybe a week apart), until you reach that max. Or instead of increasing the weight for a single, pick a weight you havent done before and try to get a 3,4 or even a 5 rep max and use that.
