INSANE Strongman Transformation!
Спорт
In this video, Omar Isuf begins his strongman journey by going from fit to fat, mildly scruffy to wizard level beard growth, in just 6 weeks! The journey begins by learning how train, eat, and live like a strongman. I also teach Omar how to clean and press a log like a strongman.

That deadlift the log and then push your elbows up tip helped me so much. Tried it out tonight and it was so much easier. Before I was rowing the weight into my lap and then hip thrusting it up meaning my elbows were down and so low in the press position. Thanks a bunch!

@@tomask8304 That makes some sense. They share the tricking backround, though; also Jujimufu is more of an entertainer than Alan is, his video have always a silly, exuberant and careless vibe, while Alan is more and mostly concerned with actual teaching and spreading knowledge. Maybe with Omar too, since he (Omar) and Clarence already had some lifting sessions together.

Hi boys and girl's I want to ask something what is important for me because I start worried about it. I started 3 months ago to training like powerlifting with one boy who do this for 18 years. Only to mention that I do squats in all my life about 5-7 times I'm 37 years old and when I started powerlifting with him I doing 120kg for 1 rep max and I make it nice and deep I mean good squat, 3 months later I doing 165kg and him pushing me non stop and I started be scared because that is a lot of weight but I can lift more I feel it but I don't know if I don't push it to fast to don't happen something???? I can't believe I'm so strong I don't taking any steroids nothing only per workout and vitamins B complex and vitamin C . Do I need to keep going till I get my maximum or to slow down a bit?????? Please some guy with good experience and knowledge to respond me with good advice. Thanks too all.

If your form is good and you feel comfortable, also no recurring pain in your back or knees. Then you can find out what your true max is, but if you do not feel confident in those weight jumps you should slow down and incrementally do more the next workout (maybe a week apart), until you reach that max. Or instead of increasing the weight for a single, pick a weight you havent done before and try to get a 3,4 or even a 5 rep max and use that.

@@ahmarcamacho8404 Thanks! I feel comfortable with my legs and back my problem on the biggins was the barbell when I get 140kg I felt so match pain on my back for that I got 3 weeks what I was doing with 140kg after that I tried 150kg soon my pain gone. My legs is strong the problem is that I'm mega scared maybe I'm too old and think too much, another boy with us is 20 years old and him don't give a fuck him try with 150kg and fail and my friend helps him a lot almost to get traps him self with the barbell on the neck my English is not very good and can't explain it good but was very dangerous situation, and on the end him laugh WTF .
