Well tbf the dps and resistance is very high. And if your stelth built you can avoid alot more damage when In a group event

thats what endgame is? what the fuck you complaining about cuz you cant do this with full hp? your lil cuck hp build oh no. its like screaming from the rooftops you are inept are playing games under 40 hp and definitely dont have a clutch gene

If you want to do this build right you really need your luck at 33 and critical savvy at 3 stars so you can crit every other shot. Also without class freak your gimping your damage and crit through drugs as healing mutation gives a -55% drug effectiveness without class freak.

@@rahul-qm9fi if you have 3 star critical savvy perk and 33 luck, you will crit every other shot in vats. 5 pc Unyielding armor will give +15 luck. 3 per piece and legendary luck perk another 5 luck. With 15 points in luck that's 35. Add other crit bonuses from overdrive (+30% crit), blight soup (+100 crit w/herbavore), better criticals perk (+100% crit), Stinging reciever gun mod (+50% crit damage), covert operative perk (2.5× stealth ranged damage) and follow through legendary perk (ranged sneak damage increases damage to target by 40% for 10 seconds). This is why stealth commando builds can kill earl/queen in a minute or two. Also ther is another way to get to 33 luck in power armor or full health build with 3 perk cards. Cola nut, party boy and happy go lucky. With these perks drinking a nuka dark will give around 20 extra luck for a couple minutes which is how some heavy gunners can do mad damage. Every thing the same except you drop follow through and covert operative since your not using stealth. Used with company tea for AP regen and canned coffee even a heavy gunner can use vats crit and be viable. Being able to crit every other shot is also why quad with 25% less vats cost is preferred on fixers and handmade rifles. For heavy guns, the plasma caster is good as you can crit for over 2000 damage on nuke bosses and is best heavy for vats though you can use any heavy gun with enough canned coffee.

Try replacing the defense perks in luck with AP refresh and vats Crit refresh both at 2 stars and make your better critical 3 star. This will give you better and more crits/AP. The rest is basically the same for me...I lable this bloodied damage. Then I do another loadouts with defensive perks in luck and agility, called bloodied defense. I only use the later for daily ops where I know sneak isn't gonna help me and I'll need some damage mitigation. Class freak too! Ditch iron Vlad and the liffegiver as well, add cola nut and something the buffs you from food or something or move 2 point to INT so you can have a maxed gunsmith/Explosive.

Yes, exactly. In certain conditions I will use one of these two as 3 star and maybe throw on the gun repair one. Having 2 star on both most of the time gives me a good mix both of those perks firing. If in a boss where I'm on a single target most of the time, I put 3 star in the one that gives more Crit fills on hitting a target. On Earle I very rarely get hit with a quad as I have enough bullets to clear the area and still stay on Earle. This is just me, prob better ideas on this.

1 star: Bloodie 2 stars: 25% Faster Fire Rate 3 stars: 15% Faster Reload This is the best way if you have a lot of good mutations and AP regen buffs.

1 star: AA or bloodie depending on whether you’re fighting bosses or regular mobs. 2 star: +50% crit 3 star: -15% vats AP cost. If this was a non-vats build then what you said would be accurate.

Why tweaked receiver? The Fixer has low action points use anyway.

If dedicated stealth crit build you will crit every other shot so tweaked improves dps over all others as it gives an additional +50% crit damage. With drugs, blight soup boosting crit damage you can down nuked bosses in minutes especially as crit damage isn't effected by damage reduction. It is by damage resistance but not reduction.

I have a bloodied fixer, but It doesn't nearly make as much as my 2 shot. Although my bloodied handmade makes really good damage. Am I missing something with the fixer?

Nut personally I would say skip bloodied till you able to afford what that build needs. Go for gourmand anti armor or executioner for half the damage. as it's easy to keep full

Dont forget the 5 from legendary perk, +15 luck from bloodied build plus the 6 from brainbombs puting intelligence at 27 plus whatever might be on armor pieces. Berry menats will also give a short 4 intelligence puting you at 31+.

A bit late but some weapons are better without the prime as the damage it gives isn't worth it. The fixer for example (for me at least) the prime auto reciever only gave *ONE* single point of damage. So yeah, it isn't worth the hastle of heavier and more costly ammo.
