    Inositol has been a lifesaver, actually. I think that only works if you're depleted of it. Just try it whoever you are, it's really cheap, no side effects, you have nothing to lose

    I've been trying just 4grams of inositol for 3 days and I'm experiencing some interesting results. Im not worrying as much, I can relax. I was overwhelmed with acute anxiety just a few days ago...

    Hello @madhurarajnekar2453, Inositol can help with OCD, but its safety during breastfeeding isn’t well-studied. To ensure the safety of both you and your baby, please consult your doctor before taking it. They can suggest the best treatment options for your postpartum OCD while considering your breastfeeding.
