I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine after 5 years of dizziness and a balance problem. Doctor said I did not have vertigo and sent me to do rehab which made absolutely no difference. Here I am 2 1/2 years later and have discovered my symptoms are similar to Vit B12 deficience and magnesium!!! Going to doctor on Wednesday to have her order glucose tolerance since I have serious shaky feelings on occasion which last weekend started when my little dog woke me up crying. He does have a heart murmer but after xrays, a heartworm test thankfully he's ok...vet put him on a med for his heart but I've been a shaking mess every since, got sick enough at work Saturday and have been out all week, very shaky.... so this is some great info...hopefully getting Vit B12 injections might do the trick... taking magnesium too... and now that Fauci has been caught, maybe everyone can calm down and get the antedote for those horrific shots.

I've been taking all these vitamins for years and then developed colitis the result of which is depression and anxiety... Sounds like I do need to increase my vitamin C. I also take K2 along with my D3 which is important to direct calcium to the bones and teeth rather than build up as plaque in the arteries and stones as in kidneys etc. I've had coronary artery disease since I was 34 and never had a heart attack. I'm 73 now! I also cut out all high carbohydrates and eat plenty of healthy fats.... coconut oil, olive oil. (paleo diet) STAY AWAY FROM all the crappy oils that have been recommended for years such as canola and safflower. Thanks Dr Sinclair.....

You need not always choose supplements.. vitamin D comes naturally from sunlight, and other micronutrients are also available easily from food .. consult nutritionist to know how to improve. Supplements are taken mostly when ur body is unable to absorb food (old age, other special cases) being nutritionist I would always suggest you to “Eat right food and move” is the key for healthy lifestyle

I was having vertigo, high anxiety and other neurological problems. It went on long enough that I developed another problem that is missing from your list. VITAMIN B-1 Or THIAMINE. Another vitamin that is a low rda dose at 1 mg but if you run your natural stores out can be problematic. Your entire ability to calm down from anything runs on b-1. There is alot of info to find, to quickly understand look up Dr Berg, if you need way more detail on how all this works there is hours of detail about B-1 on EOnutrition both here on you.

Soils around the world have been depleted so the nutrients you would have in an apple now opposed an apple 100 years ago are far lower and now with added toxins - unless you buy organic. Sometimes it just makes good sense to top up with supplements.

Magnesium in high doses cured by knee pain when nothing else would , not even going to a chiropractor helped, it was getting so bad i could not bend my knee enough to get in the tub and im in my early 40s my mom had the same knee issue but she never discovered magnesium and i doubt she would of ever taken as much as i did. But i have to say that i notice fear and anxiety when i take just a normal dose after going weeks without taking it, ive always thought i had copper toxicity and some vitamins can pull copper out of your organs and its called a copper dump and they say you will feel really bad when you have a copper dump as these minerals are pulling it out of your tissue and organs. So maybe these vitamins that cause us anxiety are moving copper around and if we keep taking it the copper eventually is eliminated. I know i need magnesium by the way my knee that hurt me for 3 solid months to the point i thought i was going to have to quit my job but with in days of taking a cheap form of magnesium and taking 4 tablets twice a day cured my knee to where i could bend it with ease. Who would of ever imagined a cheap mineral could fix a knee that doctors would of been at a loss and put me on pain killers and steriod injections.

I also change my diet and I am seeing and acupuncturist who has give me Chinese medicine that it’s seems working but I still have the problem with insomnia and stomach so even if I looked for help for me is taking longer than I thought. What else can you recommend for me to do and thank you for the information

If it's happened once then retest it every year and supplement it when it's getting on the low side (not just severely deficient).
