No 226 applied only against government body.......... 482 only dill with crime related issues

Criminal case resisted against our friends in section 323/342/392/427/34 IPC in abredeen police station in south andman. They got bail from CJM court now waiting for chargesheet. Basically this is drunk and violence case, they how quarrels in Bar with a junior advocate, who in revange file all these sections. Now matter is compromised between both the parties, but case stuck in section 392 which is non compundable section. How can we resolve this matter and quit this case.

Non compoundable offences cannot be settled outside court. The state becomes the prosecuting party and you have to follow legal procedures. Has the investigation begun
