In case of more than one accused can plea barganing be filed by only one accused or all the accused have to file plea barganing

Plea बारगैनिंग को कोई बात क्यों करेगा, जब विक्टिम से बात ही करनी है तो सीधे राजीनामा की करेगा और होता भी यही है, ये प्रावधान तो फालतू का लगता है, वकबास जैसा
