thank you from the bottom of my heart for this video,,, i have once seen 15-20 video on youtube(literally these many videos) but could not understand what actually bail is,.... and i have not even completed 2 minutes of your video and got a good conceptual understanding of what bail is..... thank you again.... love you guys...

Thank You For Giving us so much information and the answer to your question is that CrPC Section 50 - Person arrested to be informed of grounds of arrest and of right to bail....

Under sec.50 of crpc a police officers have to inform the accused about all grounds of his arrest. Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏 for this vedio on bail ....plzzz continue the series of crpc by dividing them into clusters of different topics 👍

Section 50(2) crpc without warrant, section 75 crpc with warrant - right to know about the grounds of arrest. Section 50(2) crpc- right of bail for arrested person.

Explained in detail thanx You are great

U/s.50(1) of CrPC in case of arrest without warrant & U/ s.75 of CrPC in case of arrest made under warrant- the police officer or other person arresting shall communicate/notify to the person to be arrested the grounds of arrest.

I have one quick question sir Initially you said as per 436(A) if any accused under custody for more than 1/2 of the punishment for which the trail is on going then he can get bail However the contradictory to this is no person shall be under custody for more than 90 days,after that he is entitled to bail automatically..

Section 41 states a notice where the proviso as well as ground of arrest written to be served such person who will be arrested and sec 50 laid down about the arrest information of such person in which behalf he would be arrested by such officer
