Mam actually fundamental rights is suspended in emergency time that is borrowed by Germany constitution but emergency is purely borrowed by GOI act 1935.

It is a part of the CoMs and consist of 15-20 top level ministers who undertake the function of policy-making. All Cabinet Minister are CoMs but all CoMs are not Cabinet Ministers.
